Unforgettable: Tamaki Amajiki x Reader (!Female Y/N!)

Chpt 9: "I- I LIKE YOU!"

YOU OPENED YOUR EYES TO SEE a white, almost creamy-colored room, your face in confusion as to where you were, although you had a feeling you knew.
"Oh, you're awake," said a familiar voice. 
"Recovery Girl? H-How did," you paused for a moment, recalculating your thoughts. Slowly, memories from last night occurred to you, each memory flowing into your brain. 
"The Big Three as well as Shinso brought you here. Apparently they said you fainted last night around 7 pm," informed Recovery Girl. "Does your hand still hurt?"
"No," you managed to reply.
"I'm discharging you as for now, but if there is any more pain, just come to me."
You nodded your head as you walked outside after wearing a change of clothes from Nejire. You made your way to the gate of the UA high school, meeting a few familiar faces.

There stood Shinso, Tamaki, Nejire, and Mirio.
"OMG ARE YOU OKAY Y/N?" a worried Nejire asked. You nodded your head as a sign of yes and looked at the blue and purple haired boys. You guys chatted for a while, it mainly being you and Nejire till a few of them had to leave. Again, it was now you, Tamaki, and Shinso left again. It was very awkward between you three, a few times you tried to have a conversation but failing. Soon enough Tamaki had to leave, his face clearly stating he didn't want to. As you said your goodbyes to Tamaki, and as you saw him leave, a spine-shivering whisper entered your ear. 
"You two like each other, don't you~?" a curious Shinso inquired.
"W-WHAT?!? N-NO! I-It's not.. like that."

"Mhm, sure,"

Shinso said mockingly, you leaving him and his 'comedic' state. All the way back to your house, you pondered on what Shinso just said. Does he actually like me? No. He likes another girl. At least, that's what he said. Ugh, who does love have to be so.. annoying. 
You sighed as you said, "Well, love is blind.." 

Midway as you were walking, you received a notification, and, it was non other than the guy who made your heart skip a beat- no scratch the skip. He made your whole circulatory system stop working. He made your stomach flurry up with a massive amount of butterflies. He was the one who made your face redder than a tomato. You just wondered why you didn't feel this way with him before. However, whatever you were feeling, you couldn't contain it any longer. You wanted to tell him so badly, but you knew he loved someone else. 
"There could be.. a possibility that it's me who he likes," you whispered to yourself. 

Another notification drove you out of your thoughts. You completely forgot to answer Tamaki. As you pulled your phone out of your pocket, you saw what he had texted you.

Tamaki: Hey, could we talk.. please?
Y/N: Sure, where?
Tamaki: That bench where you were wearing the yukata..
Y/N: Okay, I'll be there in a few.

You clutched your phone, nervous, excited- a mixture of emotions and feelings. You were guessing Tamaki knew about your feelings for him, and wanted to inform you that he didn't feel the same way. That saddened you, but at least you weren't expecting that he'd say you were the love of his life, right? You found Tamaki already sitting there, making you wonder if your walk took longer than expected. 
"O-Oh, you here," he said with a smile. 
"Mh-Mhm! So uhm, what did you want to talk about..?" You saw Tamaki struggle for a moment. Like he was a little more unsure of what he wanted to say than usual.
"I-" he began, "I LIKE YOU! I like you a lot, and, for a really long time now.. B-BUT I KNOW YOU'RE DATING SHINSO so.. I just wanted to tell you my feelings.. You don't have to like me back or anything," he said his face flushing all shades of pink. Your eyes couldn't have been wider. 
"I- You- Me-" you stuttered, not making sense at all. All this time you didn't know that you were the one he liked. It was on the tip of your tongue and yet, it took you forever to figure it out. That thought made you laugh, at first in your head, in which turned into a verbal laugh. What made it even funnier was that he thought you and Shinso were dating. 
"W-Wait," you said, catching your breath. "You thought me and Shinso were.. a thing?" 
"W-Well yeah, I mean.. he called you 'babe', right?" 

You giggled once again before shaking your head and hands meaning 'no'. You then explained to him how you two tried dating once, and it didn't work out, but you guys were okay with that. After finishing the part where you said that you guys called each other couple names for fun, you looked at him to see his reaction. It was a.. unique one. Mostly embarrassment, but other traits of different expressions here and there. 
"The truth is Tamaki, I, like you too." You were the one to blush this time. "I didn't know when it started, maybe when the incident with Riya happened, but," You paused for a second.
"I'm glad that it happened, and I would be glad spending my entire life with you by my side," you said, smiling as you averted your gaze towards your blue-haired friend. 
"A-AH- N-NOT LIKE..." You trailed on, giving reasons why you were being so cheesy while Tamaki just engulfed on your words, a smile appearing on his face. 
"So..... Y-You feel the same way, right? It would make me feel stupid if you didn't considering the fact that I just spilled out every thing I felt for you," you say looking at the ground. You both were standing now, it happening while you were giving the 'reasons why you were being so cheesy'. 
Tamaki let out a chuckle, something you haven't heard in quite a long time. But, it was nice. You guys locked eyes, it being now impossible to escape from each other's gaze. Slowly, you guys closed the gap in between you two, your hands placing themselves on each side of his cheek, him doing the same thing as you. 
"I do.. feel the same about you Y/N, and I don't think this feeling is going to leave," he said. All at once your whole heart burst, your eyes spilling out tears of joy. You didn't know why you were doing this, you weren't much of the type to cry. But everything you felt right now felt, so unreal, like you were living in a dream. You thought of what in the world you did to deserve Tamaki, and your other friends. Your foreheads pressed together as Tamaki wiped the tears on your cheeks, pulling you into a tight hug. Both of you then started to giggle, your hands wrapped around his neck while Tamaki's around your waist. Your hands made its way to his face again as you both separated from the hug, his hands clasped together still on your waist. You watched his eyes move to your lips, a smirk forming on your face.

A/N: Okay I'm getting a bit uncomfy typing this out- but I'll do my best ;-;

"Do you want a kiss?"
His eyes quickly turned to yours, widening at the question. Before he could say anything though, you already pulled his face towards yours, your lips meeting his. It was brief, but enough to satisfy both of you.

A/N: Oh someone please help me I don't want to write this- ANYWAYS..

Both of your faces blushed, an awkward atmosphere forming around you two. You both then agreed to watch a movie at your house while eating junk food. As you walked, you interlocked hands, the walk mostly filled with silence. In your head, you knew that this was just the beginning, and that you were ready to spend it with Tamaki. Talk about an Unforgettable moment. 

A/N: Okay YA'LL SORRY FOR NOT POSTING FOR LIKE A WEEK- I was being lazy ;-; Anyways the last part of this chapter was so hard for me to write because I'm not into writing a lot of lovey-dovey things, but here we are, me writing this story.
