As maribel continues to lightly breath, the family begs casita for a miracle to let mirabel survive. Bruno mumbles into maribel's ear, "i'm so sorry.. All I ever wanted to do was protect you, and I couldn't even do that." He begins to sob, "oh maribel, this is all my fault... you have made the family so proud. I still haven't been able to do that, so I'm so proud of you." The family tries to stop maribel's bleeding but it only caused maribel to wince in pain. Maribel begins to whisper, "thank you for letting me be a part of the family, you guys are so much stronger than I am. I wish I could've stayed longer." Julieta begins to brush maribels hair back and continuously says she is so proud of maribel. "My sweet girl.." julieta cries, "you are much stronger than any of us, you are the miracle, our miracle." The family lays maribel down next to the burnt out candle, and they let her know that she is the miracle. Mirabel lets out a short breath, and lets tears run down her cheeks. "Thank you, goodbye."
