A Day After the Incident

Inside the bar

Makino was cleaning Y/n's wound on his eyebrow, he cut it during the fight.

Makino: You shouldn't have challenged those bandits.

Y/n: He was disrespectful and he tore up the bar

Makino: That's true, but some battles aren't meant to be fought.

Y/n: What does that mean?

Makino: I mean that even though people are being mean and disrespectful, you should also learn to forgive and give people second chances. Because even thought their being evil and mean, their actions are just a reflection of how they feel about themselves. So instead of beating them to death, help them become an better version of themselves.

Y/n looked down and nodded now feeling bad. He then stood up and began to walk out of the bar.

Makino: Where are you going?

Y/n: To get a breath of fresh air.

Makino: Ok. Be careful.

Y/n smiles at Makino.

Y/n: I will. Also Makino...

Makino: Hm?

Y/n: Thank you

He didn't know why but he was so attached to this place. Maybe because it reminded him so much of his mother that he couldn't stop coming.

Y/n was now sitting under the tree just looking down at the beautiful place he called home. He then looked up at the sky and smiled.
