Prologue-1

A.d mystic falls

In the 10th century there was a young witch named Esther she later married a viking warrior named mikael leaving her sister alone after a promise of always and forever soon after there marriage.

Esther was having trouble conceiving so one day when mikael was out hunting she decide to visit her sister begging her.Pleading to her to help her in the end she did but at what cost.

When all was peaceful the married couple had two children one aged zero and five and zero and four. But mikael came back from a long war Esther had told him freya contracted a plague and perished in the night.

After that mikael appeared more distanced from Esther. When Esther was expecting a new babe soon after finding out her and mikael realized with their growing family in the land of Norway wasn't enough so they moved to the new world named mystic falls.

They adjusted swiftly to the new ways of the New World in a village with some of the other settlers from norway.When Esther brought their third child in the world they decided to name him Elijah after a god

But as before Mikael started to ignore her when Elijah was zero and three.She found comfort in one of the werewolves on the other side of the lake.It continued for a moons until she fell pregnant Esther quickly ended the affair and told mikael they were to have another babe.

When the babe was born mikeal was in joy he decided on a name Niklaus he could teach him the lesson of battle.mikael said he had the eyes of a warrior but it changed as quickly as it became.

After niklaus followed kol the fourth the trouble maker the babe that would twirl and kick in Esther while his brothers would gather in a circle taking turns feeling.

As they grew older and taller causing trouble as Elijah tried to stop them.But to continue the tradition Esther got pregnant one more time Rebekah followed her around, her whole pregnancy, talking to the baby helping her cook.

As Esther sat in a chair after cooking supper flinb was talking her stomach to the baby" I'm going to be your big brother I'm going to protect from anything when you get scared I'll be there"Esther smiled light to her son.

As Rebekah grew up she had a friend around the same age as her Morrigan but unknowingly to all to most of the village her mother was werewolf while her father was a different type of witch who couldn't produce his own magic.

Ingrid morrigan mother and would go to market together which would started a friendship between the two families.As morrigan and Rebekah grew up mikael would become less hostile he became similar to the man Esther married in the beginning.

By the age of fourteen morrigan and Rebekah realize that other girls in there villages were having crush and wanted there parent to produce marriages.the two found themselves only wanting to send time with each other.As they grew both families could see they were meant to be with each other wheather that be friend or marriage.

So one moon mikael announced to the village "these two shall marry and if you object we shall fight like man" And anyone that did object to the marriage met mikael on the battle field.Some people in the village still had a issue with it but after ending at the wrong side of mikeal glare they were welcoming of the marriage.

On the sixth day of their wedding ceremony they were married by an elder of the village morrigan family and Rebekah and most of the villagers were witness to the marriage themselves." Rebekah you've been my best friend for years I know that I've been different my whole life but you maybe me feel special your dreams are my dreams if you grow weak I'll be there to fight the battle"With that morrigan give Rebekah a small but meaningful kiss before kol starts screaming my eyes.

After being married for 12 moons morrigan triggered her werewolf side her first change was coincidentally the same full moon niklaus and henrick decided to sneak out to see the werewolves transform from man to beasts

But that same night one of Ansel pack members was changing for the first time also.Everything was going okay henrick and Niklaus watch them transform under the moon but a werewolf got on the under side of the lake out of control biting henrick.

When Niklaus came back with henrick body him being barely alive Esther and Ayanna tried to save him.The family was devastated, none more than Niklaus but mikael was enraged.

Esther and mikeal demanded Ayanna help them ask the ancestors.To make them more superior to then the werewolves. Where the wolves were strong, they needed to be stronger, where they were fast they had to be faster, bite harder, have better senses.

"I will not. The spirits will rebel against you Esther,you want to create an abomination. This is the begging of a plague.The spirits will turn on you your family is happy let this be"Ayanna refused, it was up to Esther to call upon black magic to help her family.

Esther called upon the ancient white oak tree for immortality and the sun for life.Esther and Mikael invitéd both morrigan and Rebekah to their hunt for a nice family dinner but before the two could make their announcement.

mikeal sneaked behind morrigan knowing about her supernatural abilities uses his sword stabbing her straight through the heart causing Rebekah to take a a painful scream before getting stabbed with the same blade that killed her wife.Then proceeds to do it to the rest of the family then himself.

When they awoke, Rebekah screamed at her father and mother "you killed me you killed it why why" rocking back and forth curling her arms around her stomach as morrigan held her she was forced to drink the blood of a human girl, the others doing it willingly.

After a few hours of them being vampire Esther tried using every magic she could think of but nothing could fix what already happened.

"For every strength, nature provided a weakness.The sun burned our skin, so Esther created rings that allowed us to walk in the sun, we couldn't enter peoples homes without being invited in,the flower that grew at the base of the white oak
tree harmed us and prevented compulsion, and the wood from the white oak tree could kill us."

When Klaus starts killing humans the next full moon his bone starts cracking before turning into a werewolf it was known that Niklaus wasn't really mikaels son.

So in anger mikael killed ansel when he least expected he then demanded bins niklaus wolf side but Esther messes up the spell which also binding morrigan wolf side also.

Mikael was angry with esther but he realized not only did he kill his grandchild but took not one but two things away from morrigan so he told esther to fix it.

Esther had read something in her parents Gilmore about how gods had a piece of there soul in another person like a soulmate.So maybe this could fix it give them something to look forward.

A promised one

Mikael goes on the hunt for morrigans and Rebekah's other half and to break the curse Klaus kills Esther in a fit of rage blaming it on mikael.

That is where this story begins.
