Chapter 5

You woke up that morning feeling fresh as a daisy you were glad that you could finally get your revenge you were also glad that you had someone so amazing that they would help you with that. You decided that you wanted a day off today so you went to the shops with Tony's card again, you returned to the tower with bags full of clothes, games, consoles anything you could want. You spent the rest of the morning trying clothes on and playing games until someone knocked on the door

Y/n: Come on in

The door opened and standing there was Captain Steve Rogers

Y/n: How can I help you this fine afternoon Cap

Steve: Just need you to go on patrol for a night Y/n

Y/n: And what does that entail

Steve: Just going from rooftop to rooftop stopping crimes you see no matter how big or small

Carnage: So I can eat someone's head if they litter

Steve: No. No eating people, unless I don't know some major crime

Y/n: So if we stop a murder he can eat them

Steve: I don't like that I'm talking to a fellow Avenger about eating people but yes

You picked up your jacket and hoisted it over your shoulder

Y/n: Well I'm ready to go

Steve: Great, you haven't gotta leave for another hour so I recommend getting a snack

Y/n: Noted

You and Cap both left your room and went to the kitchen where you made a simple sandwich

Y/n: Are the patrols normally difficult

Steve: Well it's New York so there's a lot of crime but it's not too bad compared to Ultron

You and Steve shared a chuckle about what transpired, but soon after you realised it was time to go. You did your signature move and jumped off the balcony into the night sky

Carnage: So where to tonight

Y/n: Let's try Queens, Hopefully something cool will happen while we're on patrol

You spent about twenty minutes jumping from rooftop to rooftop as Carnage. Carnage removed the symbiotic fluid (sf) from the top half of your face allowing the wind to flow through your hair and into your eyes, it was great in your hair, not so great in your eyes though. You reached Queens and Carnage retracted into your body as you decided to talk to some civilians.

Y/n: Excuse me Sir, have you heard of any crime around here

Civilian: Well most of the crime around here gets stopped by that swinging guy so not really

Y/n: I'm sorry? Swinging Guy?

Civilian: Yeah my cousin sent me a video let me show you

The civilian then pulled out his phone and played a video of the 'swinging guy' catching a car

[Literally just the bit of Spider-Man catching the car]

Y/n: Oh do you know where this was?

Civilian: Yeah just down that street to the left

Y/n: Hey thanks man, I'll be sure to check it out

You walked off into the scene of the crash and use Carnage to check around for evidence, he finds a drop of blood, he picks it up and examines it
