(Authors note: I'm to lazy to do the backstory for him, read the description😈) "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" The piercing scream echoed throughout the alley, and into the nearly empty streets. "Shut it, you damn deku! Do you want to heroes to come and arrest us? Because if you do, I'll KILL you!"
"Please.........Someone..............Help" a pitiful voice called out, but no one wanted to get in the way of Izuku's sister, Izumi.
"That's IT" his older twin yelled, before grabbing his face, and using telekinesis to break it apart, then repair it, but with red dots/ scars all over it. Making the poor boy, who's hair has permanently turned white, because of the extreme stress, look like this when he healed.

The pain, finally being too much for our poor MC, make Izuku faint.
When he finally came to, he opened his flip phone his stepdad gave him, and called him. After several rings the phone finally picked up, with none other than Toshinori Yagi answering, in his buffed form, though. "IZUKU? ARE YOU OKAY? DID YOUR BULLIES COME BACK AGAIN?" "Yeah......please come.........help."" IZUKU? WHAT....... HAPPENED TO Y-*BLEARG* WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? YOUR VOICE....." I think its finally time to tell him who my bullies are, as well as my plans"Dad......I want you to finally come into my room, for a conversation neither of us will like." He said, finding his voice again. Yes, Izuku knows about One For All, but decided that someone with more potential should have it.
ZA WARUDO When they got home from recovery girl's healing, Izuku and Toshinori are finally at home, in front of Izuku's door, which looked ominous to both of them. Izuku slowly opened the door, revealing something that made a battle hardened pro like All Might feel like vomiting. The floor and bed were stained red with blood, with the smell of disinfectant Assaulting his nose. There were a few faded AllMight posters on the walls, with the trashcan filled with bandages and cleaning utensils. But the two things that caught AllMight's eye is a clean corner, with shiny, but worn down, weights in it. But the other one, was a razor, with blood stains on it's blade. AllMight turned towards Izuku, his eyes shadowed by his hair. AllMight suddenly grabbed the 5'1 child, and hugged him, tears streaming down both of their faces. AllMight spoke first, "IZUKU, I WANT YOU TO LEAVE THIS PLACE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. I KNOW THAT YOUR SISTER IS THE ONE WHO IS DOING THIS TO YOU, BUT I AM NOT LETTING YOU LEAVE WITHOUT TWO THINGS." He gave Izuku a credit card, leading to his private bank account, full of his money from being the world's number one hero, even if it was only five percent of his earning, it was millions worth. The other thing he gave his son, is a piece of hair. AllMight buffed up, before talking "IZUKU MIDORIA-YAGI, FOR BEING A WORTHY PERSON WITH UNLIMITED POTENTIAL, I ALLMIGHT, YOUR STEPFATHER, GIVE YOU MY MANTLE. MAKE THE PAST USERS OF ONEFORALL PROUD, AS THE NINTH USER OF OUR QUIRK!" Izuku, with a slightly heavy heart from is father's speech, took the hair, and ate it.
Afterwards, AllMight drove Izuku to a secluded and spooky place. Natagumo Mountain. "IF YOU GO UP, THERE WILL BE AN ABANDONED HOUSE, YOU WILL LIVE THERE. I LOVE YOU, SON" AllMight said before buffing up and leaving his red mustang.

I guess that the mustang is mine now? Though Izuku, before walking up a destroyed stone path leading up the mountain, to his new house.
Once he made it their, seeing the partially destroyed house, decided to restore it later. He entered, and un ceremoniesly flopping on the floor, and falling asleep.
"What do we do with this kid?"
"I say we ask when he wakes up"
"but the kid looks so tired and hurt!"
"*Sigh* nee-san is right. The boy is hurt. Get Rui, he can heal him with being embarrassed, imoto-chan"

Izuku slowly woke up and opened his eyes, only to see eight eyes staring back. A normal person would scream, or at least be scared, but Izuku isn't normal. "Staring is rude" Izuku pointed out.
