There's a room
a room filled with darkness
and a door
Light comes in one by one
That's when I hear
the sound of a drum
thump thump
I hear the door creak
as more light comes in
and that's when I
see your face
all over again
as you turn on the light
I run to you
You run to me
Oh how I am filled with glee
but then you start
to fade away
as I see
darkness again
That's when I
open my eyes
and see
it was all
a dream
