K'S POV
It's been six months since it all went down, since the tape was released, since Vinnie made me into a fool. I'm living with Jaden now. Today I talk to Thomas about moving in officially and become a member of the Hype House. My 13 million followers would be happy to know that everything was fine with me. For the most part everything is fine, exept for the rivalry. Everywhere I go I feel like I'm being chased out weather it's by Vinnie or my past I can never catch my breath; just being chased.

I turn on the water for my shower and I am burned by the water in a near instant. I feel like I could be happy here, happy as a tiktok star, if everyone else would let me. Sometimes I DO wanna be happy, I don't give a fuck what Dixie D'millio says, it's better to be happy than not be. After a brisk shower I pick out a pair of clothes. Ripped jeans could show I'm mad but they just speak to me today. My shirt is flowy and not leaving much to the imagination, I throw on a light sweater over it. For the rest of the day I go about it normally, making tiktoks so my followers don't question, I talk to Jaden about random things and crack some laughs, but in all reality, my nerves are on fire. My nervousness is because not only is our birthday tomorrow but I have to tell four people why I think I'm deserving of the Hype House.

I walk into the pool area where Chase, Vinnie, Thomas, Daisy, and Alex are all gathered. My heart drops at the sight of Vinnie and my palms begin to sweat. I shallow my breathing and wipe my hands on my jeans before walking forward. "K!" Thomas laughs and gives me a hug "It's amazing to see you!" Although that was informal I shake hands with everyone, even Vinnie. "So K besides you're amazing outfit, tell us why you gathered us here" Thomas asks through the walls of his pearly white teeth. "Well I've been living in my brother's room for almost six months and I kinda feel like I should be an official member of the Hype House now" I say with a smile and an attempt to not sound irritated that Vinnie was there. "Well I personally would love for you to join our ranks, Chase, Daisy, Alex, Vinnie what do you think" Thomas asks of the group. "She's a nice girl and all but what makes her deserving of even being here right now" Vinnie says at no surprise to me. I'm enraged. My face is hot red and my fists are clenched.

I speak "First of all, Vinnie, I have Well over a million more followers than you and use my right pronouns or else one of my two siblings might slip a mousetrap into your bed but in all seriousness, Jaden would go as far as a snake." I'm even surprised of what I just said. "Threats aside, I think they make a good point. They have a lot of followers and it's amazing how far they came back up from the tape" Daisy pauses "They have my vote." I now have two votes and only need one more vote. I think I will get Chases vote but I feel that Alex might be biased against me thinking of his girlfriend Kvour. "I really don't know you that well but if I'm being honest, there's no reason why I wouldn't let you in" Chase says. Just after he whispers something to Vinnie and they laugh, all I hear is "at least we know." Alex pauses for what feels longer than all of the harry potter movies combined.

"From what I know and what I've heard about you I can't give you my vote" Alex says. I feel like Kvour and Alex are nice people but they have their priorities screwed up. My interview went well to my knowledge. "Give us a while to talk to eachother rather than you about this" Thomas says waving me off with a smile. I feel like Thomas really cares for me that's why he gave Vinnie and Alex death stares the whole time. I await they're announcement in angst.

VINNIES POV
Kelsie walks away and all I can think is that I want to take back everything I did. They're beautiful and now I wish I did film the tape with them. Now I can't ever take back what I said, not to everyone else at least. It's better to prove ourselves Rivals, I don't think they'd ever accept me, being the geek I am. Thomas looks to me "you're not a co-founder like the rest of us and I can take away you being a leader so watch it" Thomas tells me. I nod in submission. "What does everyone really want now that we've given Kelsie something to think about" Thomas asks everyone. "Honestly I don't care but if I were to lean on one side I'd say they'd be a good addition to the house" Daisy says. "Yeah I don't care either and they do have nearly fourteen million followers on tiktok, seems deserving to me" Chase adds. "What I said is what I meant, I don't want any backlash from anyone on it" Alex finishes off the conversation with this. "The votes are near unanimous an-" Thomas is interrupted by me. "I think they should be here, they have more followers than me, they're deserving" I admit. "VOTES are near unanimous and we will announce their residency tonight" he pauses "along with the merge."

K'S POV
I walk back into the room and Jaden is no where to be found. I lay on my bed looking straight up at the ceiling. I can't stop thinking about the meeting. I keep staring, I keep fixating. After a while of me being trapped in my thoughts I hop off the bed and walk out the door. The second I walk out the door I get a notification, it's from the Hype House. Hoping it was an acceptance email I cross my fingers. I open the email and see it through my fingers. The announcement was that every Hype House member has to appear in the living room at six O'clock. All I noticed was Hype House members. While I'm walking to grab some food from the kitchen I see Jaden leaving Vinnies room. "Jaden! What were you doing in his room!" I scream not noticing that Jett shares a room with Vinnie. "Lower your voice" he pauses and walks closer to me "I was with Jett chill." I sigh in releif. "Sorry I'm just really on edge."I finish, walking back to our room.

"Did you get the email?" I ask Jaden. He opens his phone and checks his email. "Yeah I did" he pauses "we have to go to the living room later, and?" He asks. "And I got the email" he gives me a blank look for a moment then his face lights up. "Only Hype House members got the email!" He shouts. "I'm literally so excited Jaden" I say before he gives me a hug. I hear a rhythmic knock on the door. As Jaden opens the door I see Kouvr. I don't recognize her at first, everything about her has changed, well besides her head. "Kelsie! I came here to talk to Jaden but I had no clue you were living with him!" She says giving me a huge hug. "Its just K now but yeah I'm living with my brother and at the hype house." I respond. She steps back from me and says "I'm so sorry about a while back but we'll have plenty of time to catch and make up." She says then pulls Jaden outside to talk to him. "Bye kel- K!" She waves back. What did she mean that we would have plenty of time?

JADENS POV
I'm dragged out by kouvr to talk. I have no clue what about but it must be important. "StepUp and Hype house are joining eachother" she says. I'm stunned. "And you should start packing because we're all moving houses" she adds. I'm at a loss for words. I wouldn't think that the two houses would ever join. After they have had a rivalry going on for a while now. That was obviously the announcement that was going to be said at six. "I-" I cut myself off "and why are you telling me this now?" I pause "you couldn't wait until later." She looks at me as if I'm ungrateful. You can tell this look but at the same time it's never actually mentioned. "I told you because you along with Chase and Nikita will be overlooking the second house" she responds "now if you don't mind Alex needs mu help with something" she walks off.

K'S POV
"What was that about?" I ask. "Well there was a lot of content but start packing I guess we're moving houses" he says. I have a lot of questions but before I can get to them he says "I'm hopping in the shower, I suggest you get changed, we only have like an hour until we should get downstairs" he says closing the door before I can get a word out. I'm irritated. He must have heard something but didn't feel like saying anything. Good thing we have more than one bathroom in this house.

I walk into the bathroom in the hallway and set down my Nikita Dragun brand makeup. I apply a bit of concealer then work from there. Before I start blending my makeup Vinnie walks in. "Hey!" I shout "there's such a thing as knocking you know!" He steps back. "And there's such a thing as you calming down you know" he pauses "could you get your polka dotted face out, I gotta take a wiz and Jetts in the shower" he says. "No, Jadens in our shower and I need to get my makeup done!" I shout. He walks through and stands by the toilet. "Ew no! Go piss in a bush!" I cry out to him. He submits and as he walks by he whispers "I wish it really was me in that tape." I trip him and he falls into the hallway. "Oops" I say closing the door on him.

Later, me and Jaden sit on a bean bag in the living room. Everyone is there including Kouvr, Nikita, and Olivia. I thought it was weird, all of the girls from StepUp being there too. Thomas, Kouvr, Alex, and Mia walk out all coupled up. "Hey guys so about the announcement I told you about earlier" he pauses "we are joining StepUp and moving." Murmurs come from the Hype House members being that the StepUp Members already knew. He speaks again "This may come as a bit of a shock but our rivalry is over."
