Amoret's POV

The kingdom is bustling with servants and maids preparing for alphas coming from all around the world. Everyone was coming on such short notice so everything is being  prepared in the castle.

We are both getting ready for the meeting. Once I was done with wearing my dress in the bathroom. I stepped out to see...

My hunk of sexiness, handsome mate
(I am never saying that out loud)
don't know how to wear a tie.
What a prince huh!

In a minute I was by his side fixing his tie, his eyes followed me as I did sighing with relief. In return I was granted by a curl of his lips.

My eyes moved from his lips to his hair hanging from his head. He has grown his hair now it comes in his eyes. So soft I want to push them back to revel those sea green eyes.

So I did.

He offered me his arm,
"Shall we go everyone's waiting?"

Now that he reminded me of everyone, I'm not sure if I'm ready to face them, anxiety started creeping in.

While I linked my arms with his.
He bent down and kissed my forehead rubbing my hand,
"Don't worry, I am right here with you."

My heart started pounding with a strange nervousness. Walking, over to the giant oak doors, I took a breath as the guards opened the doors.

He gave me an encouraging smile. The first thing I saw when we entered the room with a giant table with blue velvet table cloth on top of it.

The table could seat 20 people. The king, sat at the head of the table with two seats on his right vacant for us. There were more chairs arranged facing the table filling almost whole room.

I looked for the familiar faces of Xander and Xavier, they gave me a reassuring nod.

We walked and occupied our seats. The meeting commenced and the plan to keep rogues at bay was formed and I have a surprise for all not even my mate knows. Hence, at the end of the meeting when the King announced for us to stand and introduced me as the lost daughter of The Mistaeli Kingdom, all hell broke loose.

Alphas started talking talking among themselves, there voices growing louder and louder by the minute.

''Silence!'',  the king ordered. ''Alphas, listen very carefully, I know you all have many questions. You all will get a chance to ask them at the end of the meeting. Right now what I am going to say is highly confidential. She is the lost daughter of King Ezra and Queen Azelya and Queen of Mistaeli kingdom. 

Tristan, bring the Mistaelie Crown.

I am going to prove that she is the lost daughter as you all the know the  crown only fits, who it dims worthy and who is the true ruler of the kingdom''. King Commanded.

my wolf tells me to trust the king and the crown is ours, so no need to panic but its a big responsibility, one I don't know how to handle.

Trust me? a familiar voice sounds in my head and it startled me.

Tristan? I asked 

yes, its me.

(Oh so the devil is onto something.) she said to her wolf Rae.

He comes towards me with the most beautiful crown I have ever seen and  Black and adorn with red diamond stones, my heart was ponding loudly and instantly I felt the connection to the crown. It was stunningly powerful but something else calmed me, the smell of him.

My eyes caught his with a gaze of utter trust and love. he raised the crown and as the crown descended upon me the universe seemed to pause and the crown changed into the something different with a burst of bright light. Closing my eyes, I touched my head I felts the crown has changed into golden branches and leaves with each element coloured flower which are made of stones. I feel different but same somehow. I feel power pulsing through my veins.

Tristan projected me a picture of me with crown and its mesmerizing. he reminds me to keep my head held high, everyone is watching me.

I raise my head and look everyone in the eye. I think everyone is stunned into silence  by what they saw.

''So, this is my daughter and queen of this kingdom. I King Zeon present you Queen Amoret of the Mistaeli Kingdom'' said the King.

The whole erupted into murmur of approval and everyone present into the room bowed before me even the king and my mate. Now she felt this was right, her destiny and power bestowed upon her by the goddess to do something great for her people not just help them as a medic but beyond that with her mate by her side nothing would be impossible, they will share everything from responsibilities to love.

''Rise King Zeon!'' she said to her Father.

To her mate she went and kneeled and raised him herself while holding hands, united and  bound by love.

she addressed the alphas, ''Rise Alphas! I will serve you as best as i could with these power bestowed upon me by the goddess. I will train and fight with you all in  the battle against the rogues.''

All alphas lit up like the warm sunlight coming from the windows. Approval is all she felt.

(Now the time for surprise Rae, let's shock the lights out of all, even that devil) she communicated to her wolf.

''Ready for Surprise mate?''  she told Tristan via mate link and blocked him from asking anything else.
