Future Card Buddyfight "From the Beginning of a New Future!"

Halberd is gone?!

Drake knew that Keito was going to jump in and so he was prepared "Now!" A large shadow was casted over everyone

The large Martial Arts Dragon Emperor, Duel Sieger was the cause of this as it caught both Keito and Pluto before bringing them onto the boat

“What the!?” Keito was shocked

"Thanks Sieger" Drake said as the Dragon nodded before flying off

"Jeez..." Mary said

"Duel Sieger?" Max questioned

"Sadly Sieger is a Dragon Lord, and Lords can't be ordered to just appear at anytime. He's on his own schedule." Drake said "He can only show up for a few seconds and then he's off"

“Well that’s still really cool” Keito then looked over to Pluto and rushed to him “Hey Pluto are you okay speak to me!”

"I suppose showing up here was worth it after all..." Max said

Pluto started to wake up after a while "What... happened...."

“You just passed out. Seriously man what was that power?” Keito asked

After watching what had happened with Pluto and Duel Sieger, Max decided to head off and see what else was on the yacht

"Power...? I... don't remember.... everything's very fuzzy..." Pluto said

“You don’t remember?” Keito asked

"I don't remember anything after winning that fight against Yuma..." Pluto said

"You really don't?" Mary asked

"No... I feel like I should be remembering someone too... someone important but I can't remember who..." Pluto said

"Any idea who it might be?" Mary asked

"I think... it's... it's my... bu... buddy..." Pluto said

“You mean halberd dragon?” Keito asked

"Halberd Dragon....? I don't have a buddy with that name...." Pluto said which shocked everyone

“What do you mean? You played with halberd dragon in our Buddyfights” Keito said, confused as to what was going on

Pluto put his head in his hand "I don't have a monster called Halberd Dragon in my deck at all..."

"I swear I saw you Buddyfight with him I think!" Mary said

Pluto looked through his deck "I don't have it in my deck"

"You don't?" Mary asked

"No I don't" Pluto replied

"Hold on, lemme check-" Mary is indeed going to try and investigate

"Why don't we settle this like buddyfighters?" Pluto suggested

"Alright, let's fight!" Mary said

"Dragons of the heavens, bring me strength! Luminize! Dragonic Evolution!" Pluto luminizes his deck as a lance with a thunderbolt across it appeared in front of him

"Now, everyone, let's throw a party where all are invited! Luminize, Spirit's Festival Carnival!" Mary Luminizes her deck as his core deck case becomes a simple bracelet

After an intense and long cardfight, Mary eventually beats Pluto

"...Good game dude! I'm two for two on the yacht now!" Mary said after she won

"I tried my best..." Pluto said in disappointment

"Yeah you did!" Mary said

A bell went off, signaling that they hit their destination "People of Arkam. Welcome to America" Lunar said through a speaker

"This could be a good opportunity..." Max said

“Wow this is really cool!” Keito said

Max started heading towards where the main group was.

...Only after Mary started to run off

Drake sighed in relief "Finally my ears are ok..." It was quite obvious that Drake's dog ears were his weak point

"This must be the place that the ABC Cup is being held... but why did we have to come here to do it?" Pluto questioned

After a bit, Max had gotten to where Drake and the rest were "The ABC Cup?" He asked

"The Aibo Buddy Cup." Drake explained

"That makes the C in the acronym quite redundant, no? Regardless, I believe I may have participated in something like that a few years ago..." Max said

Drake shrugged and scratched his ears "That's what they call it. I mean, the AB Cup doesn't sound as cool. Anyway since you participated then does that mean you'll be participating this year?"

"Yes, it does. The fact we were likely to do it here simply surprised me." Max said

"Where are my manners. I'm the leader of the Seifukai back at Arkam. My name is Drake Arcadia"

"I'm Pluto Kunshu, a member of the buddypolice" Pluto introduced himself

"Max Armando, pleased to meet the both of you." Max introduced himself as well

"Alright we should head to the arena. We'll be able to see our matches now" Drake ran off to the aibo buddy cup arena.

"He really gets excited by these kind of things" Pluto explained

“Wait but what are we gonna do about Axia?” Keito asked

The card had vanished again, going toward Erebus of all people but it didn't look like it wanted to. Like it was forced to do so

“Wait what!?” Keito was shocked

"It appears Axia will be intrusted to somebody for the time being." Max said

"I will be 'holding onto' Axia until he sees someone to be his buddy." Erebus said as he jumped off of the boat and onto land

"Or... not." Max then exited the boat

Keito worried about Axia as he exited the boat

Pluto left as well
