"Mr. Roland, there is a sudden change in the deadline-" Hugo worridly started coming inside Sofia's house to tell about the mssg which he got

Until, he stopped to see Jenny Smith there

"What are u doing here?" He gave a cold look

"Ooh, there were some papers kept here so that Miss Yang can sign in it. I just came to take it, and got some not all. But I'll leave now" she bowed

Jenny started leaving while Hugo again was staring at her leaving precence, until his eyes widened to listen a voice "Nice to meet you again, Hugo"

"Ooh, it's nice to meet u again father" he smiled

"What brings you here without Sofia?"

"Sofia's with my sis. I came here to discuss about the mssg"

"I see that u got the mssg"

Death silence filled the room

"Let's sit and then talk"

They both sat down as Roland started "I've talked to my wife....and Sofia"

Hugo's eyes widened when he heard his wife name

"Let's talk about the mssg later and I wanna ask u some questions my son"

"Have u been protecting Sofia?" Roland queried

"Of Couse dad"

"You weren't cold with her, right?"

Hugo went silence. He knew whatever he did with her was Horrible, but he lied "I wasn't"

Roland understood his expressions and said "Dear son, you know that me and my wife loves her more than our life!?"

"Yess father" he grinned

"You know why I had shorten the contract?"

"No father"

"Sofia had told everything that happened btw you two"

Hugo's eyes widened. He can't find words to speak and was blank

"I consider you as my own son and I hereby accept the contract"

"I know that you are a really amazing person Hugo. I give you a second chance, not only for Sofia but also whatever you did for us. Before the contract ends, promise me that you'll fix up the mess"

"Of Course Yes sir"

As he opened the door, he saw a figure which he was missing from weeks

Both of them froze as their eyes widened

"S-Sofia?"

"H-hugo?"

"Am I dreaming?" He asked

Sof showed him a cold look "You were going, right? Now go" she noticed his reaction"Why are u looking at me like that?"

"I just wanna ask that, how have u been?" He asked with a smile

She replied coldly "Much fine, without you."

"Where have you been?" He questioned again

"Away from u"

"I understand. I'll see u soon then"

With that Hugo left. After Hugo left, Sofia went down. He was her love, he was her life. He was the air she breathe. His soul, his happiness, that was all she needs. He was her light, he was her dark

Her father came in that room "Hey sweetheart"

"Hey dad. What was Hugo doing here?"

"He just came to visit by"

'What is he hiding from me?' she thought

'This was only for Mr. Roland's sake. Whom am I kidding to?Myself?' he thought

"How sweet of you! What are u doing here girl?"

"My mumma is buying something. Then me and my doll looked at you and came to make you happy like that girl"

"Umm..can u describe how she looked like?"

"Yeah sure. She was having eyes like deep sea ocean and brown hairs. She looked so pretty"

'Sofia?' Hugo thought

"Why she was sad?"

"I don't know. But when I told her a story, she became cheerful again"

The girl told whole same story to Hugo
