Chapter 3

When Raquel arrived at her cabin, she found Sergio was asleep.

Raquel: Sergio! Please wake up!

Sergio wakes up.

Raquel: I'm so sorry Sergio! I couldn't come last night. I had a fight with my father, and he prevented me from leaving my room. I am very sorry.

Sergio: It's okay Raquel, but please stay away from me! Please go home and never come back. (Said he red with shame)

Raquel: but why do you want me to go !? What do you have ? (She said as she approached him)

Sergio: I have nothing! Please don't come near!

But it was too late Raquel saw that his pants were wet, and she quickly realized what had happened.

Raquel: oh I'm so sorry Sergio! You have no reason to be ashamed! It is I who must be ashamed! I let you tie up here for I don't know how many hours. I am very sorry.

Sergio: stop apologizing please, you have no choice, i know you are afraid of me, afraid that i will do something to you, and i swear i will do nothing to you, i am not violent, and I know you won't believe.

Raquel: How come you're a soldier, but you're not violent !?

Sergio: I didn't choose to be a soldier, and I didn't choose to participate in this shitty war, sorry for the word.

Raquel nods as a sign to keep talking.

Sergio: it was my father who forced me to participate in this war, telling me: "if you do not participate in the war and that you do not become a resistance fighter like your grandfather I will no longer consider you as my son." And I love my father too much, I couldn't say no to him. (He said with tears in his eyes)

Raquel: I'm sorry Sergio you don't deserve to go through all of this, it shows that you are a good man. (She said smiling and approaching him) And to prove to you that I believe you I will untie you. (She said as she untied him)

Sergio looks at her surprised.
"How come she trusts me !?" He thought.

Sergio: thank you for trusting me.

Raquel: you're welcome! I understand you, my father loves war too, and I hate it, so I think you and me are alike. (She said smiling)

Sergio: yes you are right, we are similar. (He also said smiling)

Raquel: Here, I brought you some new clothes. I'll go out so you can change.

Sergio: Raquel wait! I can't stay in this state I have to wash myself.

Raquel thinks about a place where he can wash himself.

Raquel: I can take you to the river, but nobody has to see you!

Sergio: Okay.

Raquel: the river is a bit far from here, so I think it's better to go on horseback, to save time and so that no one can see us.

Sergio nods.

Raquel: but we have a little problem. (She said blushing)

Sergio: which one?

Raquel: So that nobody notices that there is something wrong, we have to go on one horse, my horse. (She said shyly)

Sergio: I have no problem riding the same horse as you. (He said timidly and blushing)
