Freddy grew very close to you, always sticking by your side throughout school and even after. You grew to love his company, but you wondered why Monty grew so distant.

"Hey, Monty?" You turned to the male as you shut your locker, Freddy was currently at football practice. "Whats up doll face..?" He side eyed you, trying not to sound so sour and upset towards you.

"Um, w-why don't you hang out...with me and Freddy?" You fiddled with your thumbs, nervous of his answer. "Cause." He slammed his locker shut, brushing past you to leave.

You were so confused, why was he so angry and distant? Did he not like the night you all shared? Did he find someone new? You started tearing up, Chica quickly took notice as she walked by.

"Hey! Girl, why are you crying? Who did this?-" She looked forward, watching Monty trudge down the hallway all smug like. "HEY IDIOT! STOP MAKING MY FRIENDS CRY!" She shouted, holding you close.

Monty turned around, angry at first but then regretful. He watched your cheeks turn red and stain with tears, almost breaking down himself. "Whatever." He scoffed, continuing out the school doors.

Chica rubbed your back soothingly, shushing your small cries. Although she didn't know exactly what Monty did, she knew you needed someone here right now. "Chick, let's go." Roxy snapped, walking by you both.

"Alrighty..bye, (y/n). Call me if you need anything!" Chica ran off, catching up to her irritated girlfriend. You wanted to call Freddy, but he was busy and you weren't the helpless type, not in this scenario anyways.

You decided to go after him yourself, making your way quickly out of the school. "Hi honey- where are you going!?" Your mom shouted from the car, watching you run down the street.

After awhile you finally spotted the male, he entered a typical looking house, not as nice as Freddy's but still middle class. You cautiously continued on, approaching the door.

Suddenly the door slammed open, revealing a very large and gruff man, his dark red eyes resembled Montys but they were so much angrier. His red hair was lengthy, going just past his shoulders. "Who the hell are you!?" He yelled, making you jump.

"Jesus dad, who is-" Monty peeked from behind the man, eyes widening when he saw you. "I'm going to get beer, out of my way!" The man shouted, practically shoving you out of the way. Monty grabbed your hand, catching you from slipping.

"Make sure the damn place is clean when I get back!" He shouted, getting in his truck and hauling off. Monty sighed, keeping a hold of your hand without noticing. "That was you dad...?' You whispered, still terrified.

"Yea. Now why are you here?" He let go of your hand, glaring at you. "Well, I just wanted to-" Monty groaned, "I don't have time for this, make it quick!" He snapped, making you even more nervous and scared.

Tears threatened to fall, but you wouldn't let them. Instead, you inhaled deeply, turning around and waking off. "H-hey! What are you doing!?" He grabbed your wrist, practically crushing it. "I'm leaving! You're hopeless! You're just so mean and you ditched me and Freddy-" he smashed his lips onto yours, pulling you close.

"Mm..~" you melted, placing your hands on his hard chest. His arms snaked around you, resting on your waist as he deepened the kiss. Monty loved this, he loved you, he could accept that. But he couldn't accept that he loved another man, why? He just couldn't, not right now.

Monty pulled away, still keeping your body close. Your face was red as you panted, looking up at his now gentle stare. "I'm sorry doll baby, it's just-" he sighed, "things are hard to explain right now, it's a long story.." he finished.

You hugged him closer, burying your face in his chest. "I have time." You giggled. He blushed, chuckling softly.

Monty had let you come inside, letting you see just how broken and messy everything was. "What happened..?" You mumbled, seeing all the broken glassware and empty beer cans.

"My lousy dad happened, he gets drunk and does this.." Monty began picking things up, opting for you to do the same. As you both cleaned you came across a photo, a man, a woman and a little boy all at a small cabin.

You picked it up, the woman was so pretty. Her eyes were emerald green while her hair was jet black, she was much smaller compared to the very intimidating looking man, very familiar..

"Is this your family..?" You asked to Monty who was in the kitchen cleaning. "What?-" He stopped, looking at the picture in your hand. "..yea." he approached you, taking the photo to look at it.

You could see him begin to tear up, but it quickly vanished. "Where is your mom..?" Curiosity got the better of you. "Left. Don't blame her." He placed the picture down, continuing to clean as a loud truck pulled into the driveway.

"Shit. Come on." Monty growled, grabbing you and yanking you upstairs. He pulled you into a room, shutting the door and locking it. "Don't worry, as long as he has beer he won't come bother us.." he sighed out, walking over to his bed and sitting down.

Everything about this made you uncomfortable, it made you feel so sorry for Monty you could bawl. Freddy's home was so much more welcoming, his caring mother was always baking something to make the house smell sweet.

Even your own home was better, with laughter coming from both your parents and little sister pestering you non stop. "Monty.." you sat next to him, placing a comforting hand on his leg.

"I love you." You simply stated, looking up at his face with sincerity. His breath hitched, no one had said that to him in years, not since his mom left when he was 9. "...don't say that.." he teared up, unable to hide it now.

You reached up, caressing his face. He leaned into your hand, "I love you..." you repeated. His walls came crashing down, revealing just how broken and traumatized he really was. Tears streamed down his face, "f-fuck!" He cried out, leaning into you.

He shook as you held him, rubbing soothing circles into his toned back. "Shhh..it's okay, I'm here.." you whispered, feeling his grip on you tighten. "Don't.. leave me." He whimpered, making you blush.

"I'll never leave you.." you whispered into his ear sweetly.
