I think of them as friends. They don't have much interaction, but they are pretty cute. I myself don't ship it, but I can see them as great friends.

I see them as just friends. I can see Momo being more of a mother figure to Deku as well as the other people in Class 1-A, so I feel like they'd work better as close friends.
