Prisoners 289 and 748 are an unstoppable duo in the jailhouse, not even the cops could stop them. The cops couldn't even stop the storm that was gonna happen.
The prison break storm happened a month before July.
A bombing at the prison happened 20 people died from the bombing and 10 got injured.
This bombing created a way for prisoners to escape the hell they were placed in. Numerous people escape while few people stayed.
289 and 748 stayed together when they made it on the outside. As a duo stays a duo after all.
