"I'm sorry.. It's just that I feel special when I'm around you guys," meant Nynx.

As the cream colored lion apologized, his ears flipped backwards. Something, or perhaps someone was overhearing their conversation.

There is a reason Kion came with a leopard. She is a fast runner and a strong fighter.

They obviously didn't trust him yet.

"Can we go somewhere else? I don't feel comfortable," claimed Nynx.

"Where do you want us to go?" asked Furi as she wiped away some sand from her paws.

"I suppose we could head to the Water Hole? Or.. the jungles," said Nynx.

Furi and Kion exchanged looks.

"Nynx.. did you really have to..?" asked Kion, putting his small soft paw on the cream colored lion's shoulder.

"I'm.. uncomfortable right here. Because someone is watching us," corrected Nynx.

His ears flipped right this time. The animals that were watching were starting to surround them. The leopard was tending up.

"You planned this, didn't you?!" she spat, sheathing her claws.

"Why would I react as I do if I was planning it?" claimed Nynx.

"Both of you! Shut up!" growled Kion. "We aren't into starting fights. If we're watched by someone, let's get moving."

The prince got out of his sitting spot. Furi let out a snort in response, following the prince.

Nynx sheathed his claws, as his ears kept flipping around. He snarled.

"Let's not talk about any special information due this way," he breathed.

~~ Time Skip ~~

The three of them arrived back at the Pride Cliff. Nynx sat down underneath a rock. He retracted his claws and started to calm down.

Laying down next to him was Kion. The small fluffy prince, with the red mane, bright as blood.

"You didn't know they were coming? Did you, Nynx?" asked Kion.

Nynx shook his head.

"No, I didn't know anything about it. I might be a rogue, but I don't like.. other rouges," explained Nynx.

Kion nodded.

"I'm going to hunt with my mother and father today. I'll see you.. later," said Kion.

"Yeah. See ya, Prince," smiled Nynx.

The cream colored lion watched the prince walk off.

"Once again alone," muttered Nynx. "Better get to do some work."

—Time Skip—

Kion landed back at the Pride Lands with some fresh offers in his hand. Guilt fell over his whole body, but sadly this is how life as a lion works.

His heart took a skip, with the thought of today's earlier adventures with Furi and Nynx. But somehow, they were watched.

Question is, are Nynx guilty or innocent? Is he really a 'different' rogue, or is he just like everyone else?

"Kion, my son, what have your thoughts been of recently?" asked Simba.

"Uhm.. just a little concerned about Nynx. Some parts of me haven't really accepted him yet," replied Kion.

"Neither have I. Not fully. But I'm sure we can trust this guy," smiled Simba.

"Yeah. After all, he noticed when we were overheard by other rogues today.. he turned somewhat tense," nodded Kion.

"Overheard?" questioned Simba. "Doesn't that sound.. weird?"

"I know, I know. But he says he had no clue. I want to trust him, but I just can't," cleared Kion.

"Be prepared, Son. Be prepared," warned Simba.

Kion nodded, putting the offer down at the eating pile. Some meters stood Nynx away. He had a disbelieving face, just when he heard the conversation.

As Kion tried to make eye contact, the cream colored lion left.

"I'll go eat somewhere peaceful, if you don't mind, dad," chuckled Kion, excusing.

"Sure. Just be aware," nodded Simba.

Kion left the main rocks. He trotted down behind the cliff, finding Nynx behind. The watery grass was surrounding his body.

"Nynx?" asked Kion.

"What do you want?" muttered Nynx.

"Cheer you up a little bit," said Kion, with a smile.

He put the food down in the grass. He laid down next to Nynx.

"Is it really necessary? I mean, neither you or Simba believes me. So why would you care?"

"It's not that. My heart says.. you're accepted. But my brain doesn't accept you," said Kion, as he curled up next to Nynx.

"You should probably listen to your brain," muttered Nynx.

"Come on! Don't be like that," said Kion, playfully.

Nynx rolled his eyes. He was getting annoyed.

"I will be how I want to be, kiddo," muttered Nynx.

Kion's eyes widened, to the shock of his sentence. He was never called that by Nynx.

"You're getting pissed, aren't you?" asked Kion.

"Yes, if your small head didn't get that," spat Nynx. "Fucking leave me alone."

"No. I won't do that, not until-,"

Nynx turned around, facing the younger male lion. His expression was quite pissed.

Nynx snarled, in sheathing his claws.

"You better not make any move," growled someone, behind them.

"Not my fault your son is a total annoyance," snarled Nynx. "There is a reason I've been kicked out of my previous pride."

"D-Dad! Don't start a fight now! We can sort this out!" claimed Kion.

"Move away, Son," growled Simba.

Simba laid on the ground, incredibly hurt. Blood was escaping deep scars that Nynx caused.

The cream colored lion snarled, spitting out some blood.

"W-What have you done?!" claimed Kion.

"You started it with your cheering up," snorted Nynx. "If anyone's going to have the blame it's you!"

Behind the younger male stood lionesses. The gasped at sight of their leader almost dead.

Many of them already gave Kion threshing looks.

"The fight wasn't necessary, I know for fact. *Cough* But that doesn't matter. Your leader, your alpha started the fight. You're prince caused it to happen. I did NOTHING, but tried to get the 'prince' away from me. An annoyed me, is a pissed me," claimed Nynx. "Fuck off."

Nynx walked through the crowd with lionesses and other animals.

"Nobody has ever been stronger than Simba. How harshly have Nynx been trained?" whispered Kiara.

"I can only imagine.." said Kovu, concerned.

"I don't want to," shivered Sarabi. "Can someone get Rafiki? My mate is barely breathing."

"I'm. Going.. *cough* to freaking *cough* kill him," spat Simba.

"Oh yes, with the help of Kion," nodded Sarabi. "Nobody can resist his roar."

Kion's eyes widened.

"Why didn't I think of it earlier?!" he claimed.

"Because you have a small brain," snorted Kiara.
