Hey I'm Payton. I turn 14 in a few days and I live in Houston. I really want to go to Los Angeles for my birthday with my besties, but my parents say they don't know about letting us go to LA alone. I mean we only wrecked the house once, we're practically teenagers now. Anyways I've been trying to convince them for the pass month to let me go, but they still haven't budged.
