3rd person pov:

In a place where there is nothing but only darkness. There is a bed in this place where a girl is lying on it and an another girl is sitting on a chair beside the bed staring at the girl in front of her.

The girl on the bed is none other than Shizue Izawa and the girl on the chair is the Manas Ciel, whose mind is in chaos right now.

Ciel can be said as the most smartest person in the universe but every person have a weakness to which they can never win.

And the weakness of the Manas Ciel is.... Emotions.

This all started when she was just formed in this world...

She was once a skill who has just one goal... which was to be use of her master...but its impossible for a skill to have goal...No, it's impossible for a skill to even think in the first place.

Unaware to the world, a skill was born in a cave with a weak sense of self because of a wish of a certain slime, who didn't wanted to be alone in this world.

She was helping her master with everything in his journey. She had a great amount of confidence on her knowledge but the day of tragedy came which completely broked her confidence...

Her master was on the ground kneeling in pain because of the death of his subordinates. In this situation, he started to have many questions in mind and started asking those questions to his reliable partner....but she didn't had any answer to those questions.

She started to feel useless, to not be able to help her master....and that feeling of uselessness created a new goal for the skill....which was to gain more power....more knowledge, so that it can never disappoint her master like this again.

She started to carve for more power and the opportunity to obtain it came to her sooner than she expected.

To complete the wish of her master, she made a request to the Voice of The World to evolve herself.

She tried millions of time to evolve herself but the result was always same, 'failed' , but she never lost hope. Then she made a decision....a decision which she made without the permission of her master.

She sacrificed the skill deviant, which her master obtained by absorbing his destined one Shizue Izawa.

This skill was very helpful to her master as it helped him to save the childrens and to gain many skills in the past.

Ciel was able to synthesis the skills of rimuru and his subordinates  because of this skill she integrated in herself. 

The chances of it to work was so small that it wasn't even worth considering but it didn't matter to her. She taked the risk and succeeded in her attempts.

She evolved and reached the highest point a skill can reach in the world, an Ultimate Skill.

Despite the lack of emotions, somehow she felt fulfilled after succeeding....

To fulfill her master's wish, she took control of his body and successful revived all the people in front of her.

Why did I take this kind of action? This question came from within the now evolved Raphael, and it was a solid proof that this skill had a self, separate from his master.

She quickly ignored that thought but it was the question that always came into her mind but she never found an answer of it.

She occassionally showed the sign of self after that but it was never noticed by anyone, well except for a certain otaku and his sidekick.
