here I am at the dinner table trying to not worry much while Mirabel is staring at Dolores with wide eyes poor Dolores I'll be afraid to get stared at like that someone passes the water to Mirabel she removes it quickly but Dolores starts whispering in my ear I start looking nervous I look at Dolores and look nervous i hope no one else heard it I think Camilo most of overheard cause he started shapeshifting like if he's nervous "fix ur face Camilo" Felix tells Camilo he does and looks over at me I look down at my hands he whispers to his father Felix spits out his drink oh no

Mirabel looks at me I look at her worried soon after its spreads all around the whole table and I stop eating I have lost my appetite everyone is freaking out I look to see Mirabel looking down oh no there cracks its spreading me and her get down the table "Mirabel!" we both get up this is so bad I feel bad I don't want to ruin the guzmans day I get lost in thought "Luisa could u bring over the piano" I look worried she looks said I should try helping her I get up following Luisa Mirabel throws herself to the ground we both look at each other everyone looks at us "you're doing great!" me and Mirabel say with a smile on our faces

we both turn to see an animal getting a piece oh no I hear Lusia crying I get up to help really quick "c'mon I'll help you Luisa" she smiles and put it down "no!" Mirabel says oh no I try getting them with Mirabel, but they run away we both look at each other Dolores couldn't keep it in and started telling everyone everything I get back on my chair Mirabel tried getting the vision I stand up trying to reach it before it gets to abuela, but I was too late abuela looks at the vision then looks at both of us

The house starts cracking everyone started to lose control of their gifts Camilo head turned into a baby with a mustache I gasp and put my hand on his shoulder and cover my mouth he looks at me I try holding in my laugh I didn't want to be rude but I couldn't help he looked so funny I start silently laughing on his shoulder hiding myself he turns back to himself I hug him the door opens to reveal a congratulations poster that the town made together abuela and the Guzman's get up and leave after a while Mirabel went after abuela

Soon after everyone did me and Camilo looked at each other and followed them i stayed with Camilo I see Mirabel run off I was going to chase after her but maybe she wanted some alone time idk i turn over to Camilo talking with his mother and Felix I wrap my arm around his arm he looks at me and back at his mother I help him bring his mom inside and sit her down I go get some tea and place it on a table

Camilo served a cup "it's okay mami deep breath in deep breath out" Camilo says trying to calm his mom *thud* she jumps and shocks Camilo he shapeshifts into different people then back to himself I grab him and rub his back "are u okay mi amor" "I'm fine just hurts a lil" he says I take him to his room "rest a lil I'll go help ur mother" I say and gave him a kiss on the forehead

I go down to see Felix already calming her down I went to go look for Mirabel I see a picture that was moved I moved it and went inside then heard screaming it sounded like Mirabel "MIRABEL?" I ran and saw she was about to fall I tried looking around to see how I can pass through I turn back to see Bruno *gasp* "Bruno?" he tried helping Mirabel and falls "Noo" I say I tried getting to their side but fell then Bruno fell "huh?" I say we both get up "oh fog" Bruno says we got back up

"bye." He says looking at us "what?" I asked, "no. hold on!" Mirabel says grabbing me and following him "wait! Wait!" she says running "why did u take the vision? knock, knock, knock, knock, knock, knock on wood." He says, "what does it mean?" I asked still getting dragged "is it why u came back or...?" Mirabel asked "Tio Bruno?" "Knock, knock, knock, knock, knock, knock on wood." "Why does he keep doing that?" I asked her she shrugs "c'mon dude just tell us" I say becoming a lil impatient "you were never supposed to see that vision no one was" he says

"But..." he throws salt on us "salt" "ow my eye my eye is burning!" I say Mirabel grabs my face blowing on my eye "thank you Mirabel" it still burned a lil but it felt better I rub my eyes then open them "sugar" he throws at us "MY EYE!" "Whoops sorry" he says chuckling nervously "wait. Have you been in here patching up the cracks?" Mirabel's asks I open my eyes "I wonder if blind people can feel if something is in their eye even if there-" she elbows me in my stomach "sorry" I say holding my stomach I look up to see some cracks there some patched up "oh that? No, no, no. I'm too scared to get near those things" he says pointing at the wall "all the patching is done by Hernando"

"Who is Hernando?" I look back at him I jump "I'm Hernando and I'm scared of nothing!" "jeez how long has he been back here not in a rude way ofc just wondering" I whisper to Mirabel she just stares at him "its actually me" he says putting his hood down "I think we can t- ow u gotta stop doing that" I grab my stomach "I used to say my real gift was acting" he puts his hands up quoting acting I look around trying not to look at him I feel like I might accidentally laugh "nice walls" I say after calming down a bit I look back at him "I'm Jorge. I make the spackle." Oh no I couldn't help but laugh "I love this guy" I say he smiles at me "how long have you been back here?" Mirabel says
