(I have to say that's a huge time skip and Eren is on his 8 month of his pregnancy Lean now is 8 years old and he is on the third grade)
Eren's pov.
Its 2 at noon and me Levi and Lean are having our lunch
Suddenly i felt a huge pain in my tummy and i got up
"AHH"
"Love what happened?" Said and hold my hand
After 3 big pains my water broke
"That's 1 month before my labor day" And the pain started getting worse and worse
"Lean call an ambulance" Levi shout
"Yes dad" and run to call the ambulance
"Hello my mother is in labor but its one month earlier than usual come quick" he said and came back
"Mama the ambulance will be here in 4 minutes dad go pack some stuff for mum and the baby"
"Yes"
"Mum look at me and take deep breaths in...out...in...out that's it and you will be fine"
The door bell rang Lean rushed to open the door
They put me on the bed and went back at the ambulance
Levi's pov.
The suitcase was ready went downstairs to pick up Lean but he already was wearing his shoes and jacket
We run on the labor room but a nurse stopped us and said
"None is aloud in there until the delivering will be done"
"I am the father of the child"
The nurse was about to say something but a doctor said
"Go get Dr. Smith and Dr. Wesson we need them immediately"
I sat on a chair which was there and hid my face into my arms
"Dad mum will be alright he is stronger than we think and my sibling will deliver on this world safely i promise" said and hugged me
"You speak like mum know that only he could comfort me"
After 4 hours of screaming i saw Eren's doctor saying
"You can go see them"
We rush into the room and saw Eren with a tiny baby in his arms
"Do you want to see HER?"
I had a baby girl i started tearing as was looking Eren with our daughter in his arms

"Mum what is her name?"
"I gave the paper in the nurse she will tell us"
I went to Eren and kissed him
"Well she is incredibly impatient like her mother"
"And she has big muscles like her father even if she is a baby"
"I am sorry for ruining the moment but we have to welcome at this world your daughter by giving her name so Kuchel Ackerman welcome to our world" the nurse said
I turned to Eren and saw him smiling
"Why didn't you call her Era like you wanted?"
"Because the name Kuchel is suits her more she looks like your mother a lot"
"Mum can i touch Kuchel please"
"Sure baby" he said and placed him next to the baby
They slept all of them together Eren did a great job i picked Lean up and snatched a picture of Eren and Kuchel sleep
"Good night my angels" i and we left the hospital
