Chapter 3

I looked at the piece of wood floating in the air. My eyes literally coming out of their sockets . At first I thought it was some sort of a trick . That the wood had some string attached to it or something like that .I just hoped it was something like that. That this all is some prank my friends are playing on me . Then all of a sudden the wood dropped onto the floor . Startled , i looked at this Adam guy with shock . "now do you believe ?"asked Adam with a smirk on his face . All I wanted at this moment was for all this to be a dream , I tried pinching myself. It was stupid because one I didn't get up and two it hurts a lot. " How did you do that?"I asked with shock. "That is for me to know and for you to find out " he replied . "Is this some kind of a joke? I don't believe all this ". " Then I'll do something that does make you believe " . Said Adam with a small smile on his face .

Then he raised his hands in front of him again like last time.I wondered what is he going to do now. Make a ball fire or water appear in his hand or something like that . Then , he did something that was completely unexpected. I always wanted to fly, like literally fly like a bird or something . I was completely sure it was never going to happen but then sometimes your craziest wishes come true. Suddenly I was floating in the air , like the little pieces of wood were . It was truly very frightening. I started screaming so loud that I was sure that this Adam guy is gonna be deaf soon. "Put me down" I scream at him .

And then I gave another loud scream . "Please " I begged . And then finally , it felt like a century had passed , he put me down. Like literally put me down , I fell on the floor with a loud thud.

I looked at him ,he was standing there smiling like a Cheshire Cat. I really wanted to slap him. "Now do you believe?". He asked .

"What was that for ?" I asked him.
"I just wanted to make you believe and one more thing you can really shout loud " he replied .

I gave him a look and asked " why am I here?".
" Your here because of your dog and for some other reasons which may have stuff that might involve you getting killed" he replied with a dark expression .

Now I'm truly scared . What if I'm the princess of krypton. What if my parents sent me here because krypton was being destroyed and they wanted me safe. That'll be super cool . I'll be like super-girl or something like that . I now this is all superhero crazy stuff. But I can't help it I read lot of comics and superman is my favourite .

"You are here for a mission .A mission that includes lot of things which are very dangerous , which will scare you and might even kill you." continued Adam .

Now I'm truly scared. The superman stuff long forgotten . What have I put myself into ?
Something that might even kill me ? If I get my adorable dog in my hand right now I might literally just kill him . But I might not too because 1 I'm very scared 2 I really love my dog . I just hope that this was just some stupid twisted dream.
