I'm seventeen. Wow. Time flies. I am finally almost legal. I know i sound like it's a bad thing that i actually turn seventeen. 'Cause it is. Now i have to do the soulmate hunting thingy. You guys are probably like 'what the heck is this kid rambling about?'. But in my 'district',i guess you could call it that,if a girl or a boy turns seventeen we are required to do this soulmate game thingy. To be honest,i don't feel like it's important. Basically,every baby born in the district is going to be tattooed with their soulamates initial. Don't ask me how does it works. They tattooed it on the baby's wrist with a symbol beside it. Apparently,mine is written in a regular font that i can read,thank god. And it says 'LWT' with a cresent moon next to it. I mean i kinda like the design you know. My friend,Niall has one with a cursive writing and unfortunately,none of us are able to read it. Because,the writing is so cursive that i can't even make out the shape of the letter. But his has a bird symbol next to it. At least i got the manly one.

This morning,my mum made a special breakfast consisting tons of bacon,sausage biscuit and a glass of my favorite juice,strawberry juice. I mean it's kinda like my everyday breakfast. Only this time she added strawberry juice since not everyday i have those. She also made a cake with a simple white buttercream frosting and strawberries on the top. It also have a cursive writing on the top that says 'Happy Birthday Hazza'. I know,kinda embarrassing for a seventeen year old,but it was delicious nonetheless.

Niall also came over for breakfast today. He's already seventeen since he's older than me. But he haven't got to go to the soulmate searching thing. Since his birthday is in september and the event is 'celebrated' on the 1st August.

My other friend,Ashton also came. He's nineteen. He already found his soulmate a year ago. His soulmate is a year younger than him. So on the first year of soulmate searching,he didn't found his soulmate. He basically attacked me the next day at school saying 'I WILL NEVER FIND MY SOULMATE!'. Yep,he takes the soulmate searching pretty serious. He was depressed. Not really. But the next year,he actually found his soulmate. And what suprises us the most is that his soulmate is a boy. Luke Hemmings. He was pretty excited knowing his soulmate is a dude. Luke is tall with blonde hair and pretty blue eyes. He's very,charming. He basically charmed me to death when we first met. Ashton and Luke is a very odd couple. But they balanced each other out. Ashton is a very hyper person so when he gets too hyper,which is like every second of the day,Luke is there to kind of calm him down a little. They are a very odd but cute couple,indeed.

Eventhough one of my friend found his perfect soulmate,i still don't believe in the soulmate searching thing. But if i do found my soulmate,i will treat them with all the love i've got. I know you probably cringed at how cheesy i was but oh well. I'm not one who cares about gender. So i won't mind if my soulmate is a boy.

So how the soulmate searching works is basically,they will ask you to come to this stadium filled with thousands of people. You also have to take a number they give you the day you were born. And they'll call each number to come to the stage and that's where you'll meet your soon-to-be-soulmate. If the initial and the symbol matched it means,yoy have found your soulmate.

I know how it works since Ashton told me about it.

You're probably wondering 'why the heck does this soulmate searching sounds like the reaping day in the hunger games?'. I know,that 's what i thought at first. But it's not. It's totally different. And my district is normal too. We're not poor or live under the capitol or something. My district is just like a regular town.

so basically that was the prologue. the prologue is actually harry's first writing on his journal. the rest of the chapter is not going to be written like this. it will be like a regular story written in the characters point of view.

if you guys are wondering,yes this is a larry fanfiction. it also has a tiny bit of lashton and niam mush into it. so if its not your cup of tea,i suggest you find another book to read.

Okay,enough rambling,i hope you will like this book and i am so extremely sorry if the update is slow because i am still in school so i would be very busy.
