She was a goner

Chapter one <3

Hey Y'all!!!!!!!! So this is the first chapter. Wrote it a long time ago, but hope you like it and it make sense. This is mostly End Game, and hydra will come later.

    I am normal...right? WRONG! The name is Athena Evans, but is that really who I am? I am not very old, only 14 years of age. I have powers, I know it's pretty shocking. I live with the Avengers. My best friend is Spiderman, AKA Peter Parker. You're probably jealous, I mean who wouldn't be. Right now, our planet is under attack, Hydra is looking for Peter and I. They want to know how we gained these powers, so they can create their own army. Pete and I aren't allowed to leave the tower.
"Hey kids, we have a mission!"  I heard Tony yell from the kitchen. Next thing you know, I hear a banging on my door. "ATHENA LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!", I hear Peter yell from the other side of my door. "I AM COMING!!!", I yell back and quickly change into my suit. My suit is indestructible. It is black with silver lining. I quickly ran out the door.
Normally My hair is blonde, with stripes of color, but today, my hair at the moment is a bright yellow color. I am Metamorphmagus, which means that I can change my appearance. I can become a person, but I don't do that often. My hair and eyes change with my emotion. For example, my hair is yellow and that means I'm happy.

Anyway, I reach the living room, only to be faced with the Avengers. "Hey guys", I say.
"Hey sweetie,"Tony says, giving me a side hug.  " Hello Lady Athena!", Thor says, more in an announcing yell. "Hello Thor!", I say, mimicking him. "You two are children.", Cap says with a chuckle. I look over to find Peter, but he isnt in my sight. The Avengers notice me looking around. Tony starts to chuckle and points his finger to the ceiling. I look up and about two inches away from my face is the one and only Spiderman. He was just above my head hanging on a web. I let out an ear piercing scream and fell to the ground. He starts to laugh along with the rest of the Avengers who are on the ground, crying from laughter. I just sit on the ground glaring at them. Suddenly, I was lifted off the ground.  " AHHHHHHHH!!!! PUT ME DOWN PARKER!!!!", I scream. "No", he says very innocently. "You all are so mean." I say crossing my arms pouting. " Let's go drama queen, we have a galaxy to save.", Tony says. I was still trying to wiggle my way out of Peter's grip. He just laughs and lets me go. I was about to walk away into the portal that Nat just opened. I feel a hand on my shoulder, I turn around to face Spiderman. He hands me my weapons. I know I have powers, but it's still nice to use weapons to save energy. I thank him quietly and step into the portal.

We enter and I am in shock and horrified. So many lost lives just scattered on the ground. I look up at Peter, he has the same expression. I put my mask on and start to fight. Different creatures come at me. POW! I break their nose.  CRACK! I kick them in the ribs. All of a sudden I see a rather large purple man. I ran there only to be met with Tony. "Hand it over Thanos, and we can spare lives here.", I hear Tony say. I slowly walk up to both of them only to be met with the cold eyes of Thanos. "You should have learned by now Stark, nothing will stop me.", I look at Tony worried. I felt a present next to me, it was peter. Peter takes my hand and pulls me away from the scene. Thanos takes the last gem and places it in the key hole. I watch in horror, as he talks to Tony again. " I am inevitable." He says in an excited, yet eerily calm voice. At first I felt nothing, but then I felt weak. My knees gave out, Peter caught me, with a worried face. Tony ran over to me as fast as he could. I started to have trouble breathing. All the superheroes, guardians, gods, and Avengers were surrounding me with worried expressions. " ATHENA!!!! ATHENA!!!"I hear Peter scream. My hair goes from a happy normal yellow to a very dull grey. Everyone's eyes start to water, they all realize what is happening. Everyone, but Peter and Tony. They are both holding my hands as I become weaker and weaker. I look at the people surrounding me, I know what is happening. I look at all of them, "Thank you all for being there to protect me, I love you all.", I say with a strained voice. I look at Peter, who just realized what is happening he keeps repeating the word 'No'. I look him in the eye "I love you Peter, I always will." I say then I turn to Tony. " I love you so much dad, don't forget me. Ok?"He looks at me, he can barely see with the tears in his eyes."I love you too sweetheart." He saids with a cracked voice. I smile, but it quickly fades when I feel fuzzy. I start to decay, turning into dust. They all start to scream and cry. With my last breath I say " I don't want to g-" I couldn't finish my sentence. Everything went black. I guess the Avengers were right when they used to joke about me going on missions. They always said "She's a goner". I believe them now, I am gone........right?
