(Y/N's P.O.V)

I slid down the slide, waist stinging at every turn. I closed my eyes and breathed through my nose, trying to keep in the soft whimpers of pain. I had expected to land on the soft cushioning of a normal playground but instead found myself hurtling at multiple plastic balls at an incredible speed.

I resurface moments later, trying to gain my bearings. Looking around, I see that I am surrounded by play equipment of varying sizes. As I look up towards the roof, I spy a platform on the left side. It looks like some sort of stage or balcony. As I try and figure out how to get up there, a sudden movement from the darkness startles me.

"Why hello there, new friend! Let's play!"

Those words were followed by the sun animatronic from the statue emerging into the light. He looked down at me and leaped into the ball pit. I gasped in surprise and got up, looking around for the sun animatronic, hoping he wasn't hurt from the fall. I dug through the balls, but each time I moved some out of the way, the empty space was filled with more.

"Excuse me, sun person? Are you alright? Can you answer me?"

(Sun Drop's P.O.V)

I was frozen at the very bottom of the ball pit. When I looked down from my stage, I was not expecting the face of an angel to stare back at me. When I fell, I did not expect the beautiful sounds that came from the man's mouth. But above that, his face was etched with worry and his voice filled with concern for me. No one besides Moony had ever shown me this level of concern for my well-being.

"Please answer me! I really need to know if you're okay!"

I decided that I should resurface and did so. Without realising it, I had sat up and found my face only inches from the stranger. My gears turned and I moved away. The stranger looked...relieved? Well, they did just find the number 1 daycare attendant. Perhaps they would like some glitter glue!

"Nice to see you! As you can see, I'm perfectly functional! Now, may I interest you with some glitter glue?"

I smiled at him warmly but he still had the look of concern on his face. I tilted my head slightly then felt something warm on my face. The stranger had stretched his hand out and was cupping the side of my face.

"Please let me help you. I need to make sure you are 100% alright."

I tried to reassure him that I was fine but he sat me down on the side of the ball pit. He checked my gears and my endoskeleton thoroughly. He noticed some worn down brackets and recommended some replacements. I sat in silence while he checked me. When he had finished, he knealed in front of me.

"I never introduced myself. Sorry, I was so busy trying not to get killed."

"Thats alright, sunshine. Take your time." I smiled at him warmly, hoping to ease some of his nerves. He looked down and muttered something under his breath.

"Your name is Y/N? That's an amazing name." I saw as his face brightened and became more animated. He jumped up and held out his hand.

"What's your name?"

I grabbed his hand, smiling.

"Pleasure to meet you, Y/N. My name is Sundrop, but please, call me Sunny."
