Hanahaki disease is a rare disease from Japan it starts out with you coughing up blood that's phase one
Phase two is white flowers and blood
Phase three is the white flowers slowly turn blue phase five is trouble breathing phase six is purple flowers
Phase seven is the favorite color of the one you love (aka that's the color the flowers will be)
Phase eight is red roses
Phase nine is flowers appearing on your skin phase ten is thorns and eventually death
You can get surgery to save your life but at the cost of losing the memories with that person and that you ever loved them (also you'll never be able to love again)
The other way to be cured is for them to return your feelings so basically Hanahaki is a disease of one sided love getting it is rare so if you do get it it means you love that person more than life itself.
