The cool English weather, blew against his back; he was thankful for his leather jacket and hoodie as they clung to his back protecting him for it all. His walk up the long cobble stone drive way was one he wished would end, as the end of his nose was burning with the cold and his fingers were red as the bags slowly dug into them.

His mind was dragged back to reality, a small smile found its way to his face. She was here.

Walking inside, an excited Hatchi met him at the door. He dropped the bags and picked up the excited Pom, whispering things such as; I've missed you and I'm sorry I've ignored you boy. Just little thoughts.

Walking into the kitchen, he placed the bags down on the bench, rubbing the redness away from his fingers; hissing at the slight pain.

"I was wondering when you were going to be home." She said, walking into the kitchen, sitting at one of the four white leather bar stools. A small frown plastered on her petite face.

"I finally decided to leave after a week, it's been hard Pez... I have photos up, awards we've won together... But I can't bear to even look at them." He mumbled away, his feet becoming more interesting as tears threatened to spill.

He stood like this for a few minutes before he felt two arms wrap around his waist as she leant her head against his chest, listening to the sound of his quickened heart beat.

"I know Zayn, but soon enough you'll be able to go out and come home and smile at the photos on the wall, because you'll remember all the good times you've had with those boys. All the good times." She whispered.
