Spencer is living with depression since her friends left her.
They think She's crazy.
They think She lost it.
She's feeling so alone.
She doesn't know where she belong.
She's feeling like There is no point of living.
She has no where to go.
She's doing the same mistakes again and again,hoping one time the knife will cut too dip and take her life away.
Spencer decided that ones and for all,she'll say goodbye she had known forever.
------one day later------
Spencer stood on the edge of the cliff.
The cliff that was over looking rosewood.
The cliff Toby took her too.
Maybe I do have someone... Maybe I do have a reason to not give everything up...
No.I'm going to do this.
She thought.
Spencer took a dip breath,closed her eyes and took one step closer to the edge.
One of her legs was already off the ground. She was about to take the last step,but she couldn't. Something was holding her back.
Someone was holding her back.
Spencer screamed and cried while the person was taking her away from the cliff.
The person sat on the ground and took Spencer to his arms.
Spencer cried and said the same words over and over again.
"Please Toby,let me jump,I want to die."
Toby didn't say anything,he just stroked her face and held her tight in his arms.
After about 5 to 10 minutes of crying Spencer fall asleep.
Toby got up and walked to Spencer's car,since Spencer came with her car and Toby just walked there,and laid Spencer in the backseat. Toby walked over to the driver's seat and drove to Spencer's house.
When he got there he picked Spencer up in a bridal-style and knocked on the door.
The door float open and Peter Hastings was at the door. When he saw Spencer in Toby's arms he looked shocked and said
"What happened? What did you do to her?"
"Can I come in and let her rest in her bed?" Toby asked.
"Y-Yeah Sure" Peter said.
Toby came in and was about to go upstairs when Mrs. Hastings stopped him to ask What happened.
"First I'll put her in her room so she could rest and than I'll come back and tell you What happened." Toby answered and walk up to Spencer's room.
He laid her down on her down on her bed,under the covers.
Before he left the room he kissed the top of her head and left.
He came downstairs and stand in front of Mr. And Mrs. Hastings and started to tell them What happened.
"What happened was that I saved you're daughter from death!"
"What do you mean?" Confused Veronica Hastings asked.
"I mean that she almost jumped from a fucking cliff! If I wasn't there...I don't want to think what would happen..." Toby said and,sat on a chair and grabed his face.
"How did you saved her?" Peter asked.
"I...I saw her there,on the edge of the cliff,so I ran to her,grabbed her wrist and dragged her away from the cliff.
She sat in my arms and cried for 10 minutes,saying the same words over and over again 'Please Toby,let me jump,I want to die'.
This Girl is so desperate! Desperate for a ray of sun in her life because she doesn't have sunshine in her life! She once said to me 'I've never had a safe place to land,but now I feel like I do',But just now I realised What she truly ment.
God...I just Love this Girl so much,I can't think What could have happened in I wasn't there..."
Toby said as he started crying quietly.
"Toby..." Veronica whispered and Toby raised his head to look at her.
"Thank you...for being there for Spencer."
"Could you please call me than Spencer will wake up?"
"Of course" Peter said,and Toby Got up and walked out the door.
------2 hours later------
When Spencer woke,she didn't knew how she got back to her room.
Mabye everything was just a dream.
But she remembered everything that happened.
From the moment she stand in the edge of the cliff till the moment she cried in Toby's arms.
Spencer went downstairs to find her parents with a worried expression on their faces.
"What happened?" Spencer asked,rubbing the dirt from her eyes.
"Come here,sit with us Spence." Her father said.
Spencer did What she was told and sat between her parents on the coach.
Veronica grabbed her daughter into a tight hug and said "I want you to know that even If you Feel like that,you're never alone. I'm always here for you,and so does your dad and your sister. Just,never lose hope in life,even If hope is a dirty four letter word,Okay?"
"Okay" Spencer mumbled.
"We Love you Spencer,Okay? Never forget that." Peter said.
"But,why did you know how I feel? Usually you don't even notice me!" Confused Spencer said.
"Well,Toby brought you home a couple hours ago,and he told us you almost died..."
"So...that's how I got back home?"
"Yeah,umm Spence,do you want me to call Toby? He asked us to call him when you wake up" Veronica asked.
"Yeah Okay."
------10 minutes later------
Toby came as fast as he could to the Hastings' house.
He ran through the door and to Spencer for a long hug.
They broke apart from the hug and stared at each other eyes.
"I Love you so much" Toby whispered.
"I Love you too"
Toby kissed the top of Spencer's head and hugged her again.
They just stand there,hugging,for What seemed like forever,until Spencer broke apart from the hug and kissed Toby.
"Toby" They heard Veronica calling him,so they broke from the kiss and Veronica continued,"Thank you for loving Spencer so much and making her happy. I'm sorry we had doubt about you."
Toby smiled at her and answered "My pleasure."
"I think we should leave you too alone,we're going up to our offices,If you need anything,you'll now where to find us." Veronica said and went upstairs after Peter.
"So...What do you want to do?" Toby asked his girlfriend.
"Cuddle and watch a movie."
"What movie?"
"Titanic"
Toby put the movie on TV and sat on the couch.
Spencer sat Next to him and Toby covered them in a blanket.
"Spence"
"Yeah?"
"Promise me you'll never give up on your life again."
"I promise."
