【Insecurities】

"𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑?"

Insecurity.

That's who Hitomi was.

The moment she heard rumors about Ai-chan and Shousuke, she became insecure and doubted her friendship with him (Shousuke). 

Did Shousuke often avoid her because he knew Ai will get jealous?

Did Ai ask Hitomi to go on a cinema movie because Shousuke and Ai plan this all along, so they can have some time together but Hitomi had to go ruin it?

Hitomi would usually dismiss these kinds of rumors thinking that Shousuke has a communication disorder, but the rumor eventually succumbed to her mind that she started to think that Shousuke didn't like her and might point her as a person that's thirsty for attention.

Hitomi only realized Ai's feelings for Shousuke when the rumors started to spread,

And she felt insecure.

She doesn't know why.

"Goodmorning, Shousuke-Kun," Hitomi said, but she didn't bother to repeat those words when Shousuke proceeded to ignore her.

Hitomi continued to stay beside Shousuke, thinking that she might be wrong, and don't want to offend him the slightest.

She should be happy for him, she knows that.

But she just can't.

Shousuke noticed Hitomi's unusual behavior and tilted his head as he furrowed his eyebrows, staring at her intently, trying to read her like a book.

But he soon finally gave up and faced front, uttering a small "Good morning," making Hitomi slightly flinch from his words.

'Did he just say... Goodmorning without me having to force himself to say it?'  Hitomi thought as she looked at him for a while, shocked.

Hitomi immediately looked away and just slumped on her chair. 

'Hm, maybe the rumors are false?'

Her thoughts were cut off when the delinquent went in, Katai Ai.

Katai ai is a hardliner, or at least that's what she thinks. However, when Ai met Shousuke, her feminine self has come to life.

Hitomi sees it now.

"G-Goodmorning!!!" Katai yelled quietly as she bowed in front of Shousuke, who seems just nod, and look away, not bothered.

Ai blushed in embarrassment as she sat on her seat 3 seats in front of Shousuke. 'Uwaaa~ He's such a hardliner!!!" Ai yelled in her thoughts, blushing.

Hitomi took note of what's happening and it bothers her.

'Why do I feel so... bothered?' Hitomi sighed deeply as she looked out the window, thinking that maybe, Ai-chan has a crush on Shousuke but Shousuke doesn't like her back? 

Her theory made sense, and she nodded to herself thinking she might be right.

'But what if Shousuke is trying to hide their secret and he's doing a good job at it?'
