Chapter 4

Techno hit 10 mill!!!! Decided to put it up here instead if author notes thing at the bottom but yeah!! YAY!!! There's a picture above that I found on twitter I don't remember the user and I'm to lazy to find it but when I do I'll edit this and put it in!

Y/n POV:

I was packed and currently waiting in a room to meet this Technoblade person. After a couple of minutes I heard the door open and in came a pretty tall man with brown curly hair and glasses, and of course Mr. Loss. They both sat down across from me in the two chairs there were. It was silent for a minute and you can tell it was soooo awkward. That was until Mr. Loss cleared his throat and decided to start the conversation by saying, "Well Mr. Technoblade this is Y/n. And Y/n this is Technoblade." I just nodded and did a very slight wave. He just looked at me and smiled then said, "Mr. Loss could me and Y/n have a bit of one on one time so we can get to know each other before they come to my house?" Mr.Loss just nodded and left the room.

This so-called Technoblade looked at me again and started to introduce himself, "Well I'm Technoblade but you can call me Techno. I am a streamer, just wanted to put that out there so you know what I do for a living. Uhmmmm it's very nice to meet you." After that. I just thought 'Wow... I'm gonna be living with a gamer nerd' but then said in a very quieter voice than intended, "Uhm, my name is Y/n, and my favorite color is f/c?" At this point it was getting pretty awkward. I think he could sense that. "Um." I spoke up to get his attention and I got it. He looked at me ready for me to talk. I took a deep breath and said, "I understand if by the end of the month you want to send me back here and I understand that you were probably forced to do this by my other family members... sorry.." He just shook his head and responded with, "Well I can't tell the future, but you're a good kid and I know that so I feel like you aren't much of a problem. And I would never let people push me around, I chose to do this, I mean yeah I second guessed it. But I think I made the right choice by fostering you, so let's get out of here and get to my house." I just nodded hiding behind my hair because I was tearing up and I didn't want to show him that.

No One POV:

They finally left after Techno filled out a bit more paperwork. The car ride was silent with only calming music playing. They arrived at the house.

Techno POV:

"Uh here we are. Home sweet home." I unlocked the door and took their suitcase and just put it by the front door. "So as you can see it's not the biggest of houses but it's comfy." The house was only one story, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room, a kitchen, and a small dining room. It was decent and honestly I think they would like it here. I showed them their room I put together. "So this is your room. It's not the most decorated but I didn't know what you liked." They just nodded 'She really is antisocial' Their room had LED lights which I almost killed myself putting up. And a pretty nice bed. A desk and a couple of toys I thought they would like, but yeah overall it's nice.

Y/n POV:

Techno showed me my room and jeez he did not know how to decorate. But it was nice, better than what my rooms were in past foster homes. I then went to the desk and saw a couple of gifts, I just looked at Techno with a confused face and then he said, "Oh yeah those are for you. I thought I would get you a couple of presents as a welcome. Open them." I sat in the chair and grabbed the fist wrapped gift and opened it gently. It was an iPad, and let me tell you I almost dropped it. I just looked back at Techno surprised and said, "No, you didn't have to... you didn't need to." He just smiled and walked over and hugged me. I flinched a little but then put down the iPad and hugged back and said "Thank you!" He let me go and said, "You're welcome. Now open the rest." There were 3 gifts left. I picked up another one and opened it. It was a sketch pad, I smiled. I then heard him talk, "I heard from the guy, Mr. Loss was it? That you liked art." I nodded and said, "I do." I opened the next it was copic markers. I said a quick thank you. And opened the last one which was water color. I smiled once again and got up and hugged him again and said, "Thank you! I don't know the last time I got a present!" He chuckled and said, "You're welcome. I'm glad I can make you so happy. Well imma call for pizza. You can just chill here or explore. I don't mind but I'll be in the kitchen." I nodded. He left my room leaving the door a crack open. Tears then started flowing. I was so happy right now, he's been very nice to me and he's only met me today. I smiled and calmed down and decided to go to the kitchen.

Hey Author here! Sorry for the slow update, but then again I said I would do slow updates. But I actually forgot about this book over the holidays. So yeah. I would say this is a pretty long chapter so this should make up for that. But happy late New Years and Christmas. Also I'm pretty sure Techno lives with his family... idk correct me if I'm wrong, but in this he will be living on his own. Ok well cya later alligator <3
