Your graveyard shift was an 8 hour patrol of the pizza plex, with only one other security guard to monitor your beginning days. To you, it seemed almost too good to be true.
The drive was no longer than 15 minutes, the empty city streets of midnight filled you with a warm happiness. Street lights flashed past, and road signed but a blur in your peripheral vision as you made your way toward the pizza plex.
When you'd finally parked your car in the parking lot, you stared up toward the four story giant that was the Mega Pizza Plex, it's emptiness and lack of people created a slightly ominous atmosphere as the building loomed over you and your car, as if to engulf you.
Stepping out of your car finally, you were greeted with the cool icy wind of an early January night. You curled your hands under each armpit after folding your poncho coat toward your chest.
Walking toward the pizza plex felt like an eternity as the cold air exhausted you. The uniform that the pizza plex had provided you was no more than a thin black poncho and a white polo shirt, to which you tucked under plain black jeans.
Your black boots seemed to echo in the silence between you and the few feet before the pizza plex. The cold encouraged you to pick up your pace to clench your red fingers on the pizza plex doors to pull them open.
"Locked..." you whispered sharply with frustration.
As if time itself had planned it out, the tussling of keys beckoned you to turn your head to look at a figure.
The figure emerged from the darkness with a welcoming smile and long blonde hair in a pony tail, as well as a black hat to hide her growing roots. With the same uniform as your own you could only infer that she was to be the night guard accompanying you.
"Y/N" The woman spoke with an easy going voice, gesturing you over with the wave of a hand.
"Nice to know I'm not the only girl" you chuckled as you met with your fellow colleague by her side. You were slightly taller than her, maybe it was due to your boots.
Your colleague chuckled in reply, and unlocked a back fire exist that seemed almost hidden with the purple walls of the pizza plex, if it wasn't for the luminous green of the fire exit sign.
Stepping inside the complex astonished you, and your eyes could barely focus on one single part before being intrigued by another. Was it the fountain? The luxurious circular lift, the multitude of restaurants or the marble floor beneath you.
"It's pretty big isn't it?" The woman noticed your awe.
"My name is Vanessa by the way, people usually call me Vanny, but you can call me either" Vanessa put her hand out to offer a hand shake, to which you accepted with your cold hands.
Vanessa chuckled and with the nod of her head, she beckoned you to follow her.
"Our security office HQ is just by rockstar row, it'll give you time to say hello to all our glamrock band" Vanessa begun to speak.
"I thought they would've had their own houses knowing their popularity" You joked, still in awe of the complex, your head in a different direction every second as you took in the decorations around you.
"Fazbear entertainment has really improved from their diner back in 83'. With the world now coming to work with robot, why not have robot as entertainment? It's as if they're like you or me. If it wasn't for them being 7 foot tall and made of metal, I would've thought they were human" It seemed as if Vanessa was exited to talk about these animatronics.
You had never met them, but as a music college drop out, you had seen your fair share of all music, including the Glamrock's music, as well as their stand alone EP's.
