The little brother of demons

Chapter 1

It was a stormy night in the forest and 6 of Muzan's uppermoons were plotting of ways to help the demon slayers without Muzan or the demon slayers themselves finding out.

(The uppermoons that are going against Muzan are Kokushibo, Doma, Akaza, Kaigaku, Daki and Gyutaro).

All of a sudden, they heard a strange sound outside like someone was trying to run away from something. Akaza decided to go out and investigate it. "Be careful Akaza" Daki said to him, worried that Muzan might have found them, Akaza nodded to her and then headed out to the front door keeping his guard up. He opened the door a tiny bit just to get a glimpse of who or what was outside and to his horror he found Tanjiro with only a short-sleeved t-shirt on that went just below his thighs. Going closer to the young boy he could see that his arms were covered in bruises and his legs had lots of cuts and bruises, specifically the upper parts of his legs but there were also some on the lower parts of his legs as well. Tanjiro's burgundy coloured hair was plastered to his head because of the rain and he was trembling with coldness and what seemed to be fear.

Akaza carefully approached the younger male and tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention. Tanjiro flinched at the touch and began to back away from the uppermoon. "It's OK Tanjiro, I'm not going to hurt you." Akaza said, speaking in a soft tone to reassure the boy. Akaza was able to calm him down somewhat and he gently took his hand to lead him inside, out of the rain. Tanjiro stuck to Akaza as they stepped inside the warm house.

Doma and Kaigaku were waiting in the living room, anxious about what was taking their friend so long. When they saw Akaza enter with Tanjiro at his side, they immediately jumped up to ask about what happened. Tanjiro, scared by the sudden movement, hid behind Akaza. "What happened?! Is Tanjiro OK?!" Doma asked, worried about the younger boy. "I'm not really sure, but can one of you get a towel so that Tanjiro can get warm and dry and can the other get Kokushibo?" They nodded and went off to do what they were told to do. Akaza then turned his attention back to the trembling boy behind him, he lead him to the couch where he could get comfy. Doma returned with a warm towel and Akaza wrapped it around Tanjiro's small frame.

A few minutes later Kaigaku came into the room with Kokushibo following close behind. Kokushibo's eyes widened at the sight of the young boy and he made a vow to make sure that whoever hurt him will pay for what they did. Kokushibo then told Tanjiro that he could stay with them for as long as he wanted. Tanjiro nodded his thanks and then fell asleep curled up at Akaza's side. The 4 demons know that Tanjiro probably wouldn't want to tell them about what happened to him just yet, so instead of forcing him to tell them, they would wait until he was ready.

(I just want to clarify that this first chapter takes place just after season 1, so the events of mugen train haven't happened yet.)
