Claire(Columbia): So what's is the Will 

Alice: You see The Will is is a visual manifestation of life energy, in other words, the manifestation of the soul of the user. The Will is an entity psychically generated by its owner, referred to as a Will User. It generally presents itself as a figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the Will User, can be wielded for good or evil and some Will Users, are given by the Gods from different nations 

Claire: I see so what is your Will?

Alice: Mine is given by the Egyptian Goddess of Protection, Nephthys

and then suddenly multi colored angel wings appeared behind Alice back

Alice: And this is my Will, Nephthys Wings!

Claire: I see so The Will could appear at any form of being 

Alice: Correct

and then Alice Will(Wings) disappears and then Alice asks Claire is that was her real name because it's impossible to get this kind of warship and she saw there fight and so Claire told her real name is USS Columbia/Columbia and explained how she got the disk and how many days left to return it 

Alice: I see then we only have 27 days left

Columbia: Yep and with my ship at full speed we would get there within 3 days

Alice: I see but could we make a stop to Algeria

and so they head to the Port of Oran, an Algerian port in the west of the country and exactly in the city of Oran, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and is considered one of the important ports in each of the fields of trade and marine transportation.

After they docked there ship Columbia's ship disappeared into blue dust as Columbia make's it disappeared so no one could stole her ship and so they looked for Alice's Friends

We could see Columbia and Alice waiting for someone out of an house and then a Boy appeared out of the house

Alice: Correct

Alice: Sure let's head back to the port

and as they Walked they noticed someone was following them and looked behind they saw an man wearing an Black Coat and was smoking(Not the Watcher)

and then suddenly axes appeared out of nowhere and was about to hit the 3 only for Alice to use Nephthys Wings to cover them, making the Axes go to different directions

???: I see 3 Will users this is going to be fun

and then ??? Will appeared right behind him holding an axe

and so they left making Noah revealing his will at the enemy
