"hey Razor, where do you want to live when you grow up?"

"Hmmm, Razor want to live in a house... in a field with no people around... just Benny!"

"That does sound nice doesn't it.." Bennett smiled,

"Yeah, and there will be a town nearby and a forest so Razor can hunt, Oh and there will be no danger so Benny will never get hurt!!!"

"You're so cute Razor." Bennett smiled.

"Yes, it will be.... what is the word...."

"Paradise?"

"Yes, Paradise!!"

Razor followed Bennett all the way to the cliff, he wasn't sure what was going on or why Bennett was going to a cliff but he followed him anyway,

Once they got up to the edge of the cliff Bennett stopped, he looked down at the waves crashing against the rocks,

"Oh Razor, a fall from this height will definitely kill me... right?"

Razor stood there in silence knowing even if he spoke Bennett wouldn't hear him,

"Razor... I know I said I will live a full life but.... I- I can't do it without you... and I now know I can be with you after I die... I just need to jump."

"Benny?" Razor asked, slowly starting to understand what Bennett was doing,

"You... You were all I had to live for... archons I must sound so ungrateful right now but... its true..."

"Benny what you doing?" Razor asked as Bennett began moving towards the edge, he tried grabbing Bennetts arm but he couldn't,

"B-Benny wait.... Benny stop this!" Razor stuttered as tears spilled from his eyes, no matter how desperately he tried, he couldn't grasp Bennett's arm, he began to yell, to scream, he cried more and more as he hopelessly continued trying to pull the boy back, despite the fact he knew it would never work, his efforts did not cease,

"Goodbye..." Razor tried to grab Bennett's arm one last time but his hand went right through yet again,

"BENNETT!!!" The wolf boy screamed,

Suddenly he saw a flash of blue, he stepped back to see Kaeya reaching out to Bennett, he quickly became full of hope, if anyone could catch him it was the cavalry captain! But then...

he missed.

"BENNETT!!!" Kaeya screamed, Diluc, Rosaria and Venti looked over in shock....

"WHY DIDNT YOU HELP ME?!" Kaeya yelled at the others, they began to shout at each other, however their arguing was tuned out by the deafening ringing in Razors ears. he stood there, tears staining his face,

Bennett looked up at the edge of the cliff as he fell, he felt some strange peace that he had never felt before, aside from the looming feeling of guilt, knowing he could be back with Razor... it was all he needed....

but the peace was swallowed by an overwhelming pain as he hit the water, he felt his blood surrounding him as he sank, he couldn't float, there was no air in his lungs.... he was no longer breathing.....

Bennetts eyes opened and he looked around him, he was under water so he decided to swim to the top, but the second he left the water he found he could float to the top of the cliff, when he got up there is heart sank to see Diluc, Venti and Rosaria arguing with a crying Kaeya, but his thoughts were distracted when he saw Razor... He walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder,

Razor was stood there looking at the space where Bennett was before he jumped, tears were streaming down his face and his lips were parted slightly,

"R-Razor?" Bennett asked,

"You lied to me...." Razor whispered before looking at Bennett, "YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD LIVE, WHY YOU LIE?!"

"I'm sorry razor... I needed to be with you again...."

"WHY?! WHAT ABOUT MISTER KAYEA, OR DILUC, OR ALL OF THE ADVENTURERS, THEY LOVE BENNY, THEY WILL BE SAD!!!"

"Because Razor, I love you more than all of them combined...." Bennett whispered, wiping a tear off of Razors face,

"but... Benny was a child.... Benny was too young to die..."

"So were you.." Bennett whispered before pulling Razor into a hug,

There was a moment of silence before Razor spoke again,

"I love you too..." Razor whispered in a still shaky voice, suddenly the pair felt themselves floating, they looked around and saw a bright light,

"what that?" Razor asked,

"I don't know.." Bennett responded, the two walked over to the light, only to find a door, they opened it to see a field... and in that field there was a house... surrounded by flowers....

it was paradise...
