All this was for nothing

The secret among tha 3 of us...

After one month of this friendship Aphrodite started having feelings for Jake. She didn't want to tell it to Jake because she was too shy and she knew that Jake was very serious about him being popular at school. But like I said, Aphrodite was too blind to see it. But her little secret among her and Isabella would be so close to be discovered.  One day Aphrodite and Jake were face timing andJake noticed the "injures" that she did to herself. They weren't fully recovered. Jake asked Aphrodite:

-What is this on your  arm?

-Oh, it's from my cat.

 Of course that was a lie. Aphrodite didn't have a cat.

-Oh then where is it?

-It's on the vet. She is having a vaccine.

-May I have a photo of her? Jake aked. He asked because something was suspicious.

-Yeaaah just give me a minuit.

Aphrodite quick texted to Isabella.

-Isabella can you send me a photo of your cat?

-Who ginger?

-Yeah like you have another cat.

-Fine but I'm sure you have one on your phone!

Isabella texted her the photo and Aphrodite texted is to Jake. Aphrodite said that she had to go because she was so close on getting caught. Jake couldn't know about that. It was so important to Aphrodite. But that wasn't going to be a secret for a long time...

Jake was so suspicious so he texted for the first time Isabella. Isabella of course wasn't happy to see a text from Jake but she understand why he texted her so she answered.

-Hey Isabella I just wanted to to ask you how is Aphrodite's cat?

-Umm, Aphrodite doesn't have a cat. 

Of course Isabella knew about tha lie that Aphrodite told to Jake.

-What do you mean?

-Jake, Aphrodite doesn't have a cat she just told you that because she didn't want you to know that she harmed herse;f!

-But why?

-BECAUSE SHE IS IN LOVE WITH YOU!

-What?

Isabella left him on seen. Jake didn't want Aphrodite to feel bad so he didn't say anything. But for the other plan Jake had a little plan. Also he understood that Isabella tells him everything because she hates him and she wants him to feel bad. With all that information he could make his plan work. Aphrodite on the other hand, won't  like this little "surprise" that Jake is making...
