The Receptionist (forms)

You walk up to the reception desk, contract in hand. As you walk up, you notice a rabbit lady reading a book, which happened to be 50 Shades Of Grey-

She noticed you and hastily put the book in a drawer, regained her composure, and looked up at you. 

"Ahem- Well hello, Sugar! My name's Lilac. Here for sign ups?" She asked while leaning on the desk flirtatously. 

'Well duh I'm here for sign ups. that's why it's called a reception desk.' You thought.

"Uhm... Yeah. Since I'm kinda new here, could you, like, tell me how to do this?" You said instead.

"Why of course! It's like making a persona. Ya gotta choose their looks, personality, species, all that kinda stuff.  You can make multiple forms, if you would like." She explained while handing you a sheet.

"Huh. Ok! Thank you Lilac!" You said before walking somewhere else.
