Me and Bella unpacked our stuff before we heard a car pull up. From my attic/room window, I could see two people that I recognized right off the bat. Billy was one of dad's friends and Jacob was Billy's son. Jacob was cool. Not as cool as Billy though. I remember when me and Bella would visit during the summer, dad would take me fishing with him and Billy. Bella stayed in the house, since she wasn't really into the fishing scene. Me and Bella ran downstairs and walked outside, catching all three male's attention. "Iris, bella. I'm sure you remember Billy black" dad said, introducing us to the man in the wheel chair. He did this every summer. "Oh yeah, hey Billy. You look good" I said, making him smile. He gave me a hug but just shook Bella's hand. "Well I'm still dancing. I'm glad your both here. Your dad would shut about you girls coming to stay" billy said, looking at dad. Dad just rolled his eyes before starting to play fight with him. Them two still fought like they were kids. Which just made me crack up. Jacob smiled and walked over to bella, completely ignoring me. Even though we've hung out every summer while bella wollowed in loneliness. My jaw dropped open, seeing the attention he gave bella and acting like I didn't exist. "Aw hell no. Jacob black get your ass over here and give me a hug. Have you lost your mind? Have your forgotten that we're friends?" I asked, crossing my arms and standing there waiting for a response. He finally realized what he had done wrong and walked back over to me. "I'm sorry, iris" he said, wrapping his arms around me. I hugged back before letting go of him. "That's what I thought. So how's the boys. Are they behaving or do I need to rough them up a bit?" I asked, knowing how the boys that hung around was. Half of the group was scared of me, even though i was a gentle soul. At least until someone pisses me off. Knowing how I am, Jacob quickly became serious and backed up. Shaking his head with fear. "No. They're all behaving. But Sam still won't leave me alone" he said, causing me to start getting annoyed. "When will he be back at the house?" I asked, knowing that he had patrol with the boys at night. Dad still had no idea about what the boys were. But I knew. I've known for years. Ever since I was walking in the woods and seen Sam in his wolf form, and Paul coming out in human form, it clicked. I promised them I wouldn't say anything to anyone. And I still haven't. Bella don't even know. "He's home right now. He'll be home for the next few hours" he replied, before we were both interrupted by Billy and dad. "I can take you over there when your ready. But first, what do you think?" Dad asked, hitting the big red truck beside him. We both didn't know what to say. "What is this?" Bella asked, still not getting it. "It's your homecoming present" he said, causing us both to smile. "Wait. this?" She asked, causing Billy to nod. "Just bought it off of Billy here" he explained before he turned to me. "Your's is next to your sister's" he said, causing me to look at the car next to the truck. It was a black audi r8. "Oh my gosh. Dad this is amazing. Thank you" I said, hugging him tight. He smiled and hugged back. "Of course, anything for you and your sister" he said, before we walked inside. They visited us for awhile until Billy got tired. Dad had to go to work so I drove myself down to la push.
