After Tom said that he's going to kill harry parents

Peter Pettigrew told him where they live and tom killed both his parents and then ran away

Sirius went to visit them but showed up at the wrong time and got caught by members of the ministry and got locked in Azkaban

me and harry are officially orphans!! we have no where to stay I hope the Weasleys adopt us

I was walking to dumbledores office after the fight and taking ginny to the hospital wing

I knocked then entered and saw him sat on his chair i through the sword on his desk

"I fought the past, i kill my brothers parents,Sirius is in Azkaban we are orphans" i said dully

"Yes i suppose so"i looked up "you suppose so HAHAH THATS ALL YOU CAN SAY AFTER ALL THE INFORMATION I JUST TOLD YO-!!!" I shouted

I felt a long metal stick on my shoulder and slowly looked up it and a blond long haird man stood there

"And who are you?" I asked not in the mood

"I you inbisal am lucius malfoy" dracos farther great first impression

I nodded and looked to dumbledore "mr mikelson you are dismissed" i walked out

On my way out i saw a small goblin i knelt down and said "hello whats your name"

It let out a small fright " your the dark lords son please dont hurt me" it said

"I wont hurt you I promise whats your name?" I asked

"Dobby sir" dobby replied "why are you here?" "My master is lucicus malfoy"

A few minutes later lucius came out from the office and saw me talking to dobby

"Come dobby lets go , mr mikelson we finally meet we will be seeing a lot of each other in the future" He said

I smiled and let out a small laugh "oh we will" i said walking away he looked confused before he saw my missing sock

And looked at dobby and saw him wearing my sock

"NOOOOO!!!" I walked out laughing hearing his shout in the background

I walked to the common room and saw harry he stood up and we ran to eachother and hugged

"Im so sorry about your parents harry if you need anything just come to me ,your my brother" he started to cry on my shoulder

Ron and hermione soon joined.

We spent our holidays at the weaslys harry is trying to get better ive been helping him trying to put it passed him

Hes accepted it and moved on Now we are going on the train to our 3rd year

I sat on the train messing around with draco waiting to get to Hogwarts ,I missed Sirius a lot

I suddenly got up "what's wrong?" Draco asked "I'm going to check on harry Ron and Hermione" he nodded and I exited the compartment

I started walking down the aisle slowly trying not to fall of the balance I saw 4 people in a compartment that must be them

I slid the door open "hey guys , how you been and who's that, harry who did you kidnap?"I asked Smiling

"That's professor r.j lupin he's new .I wonder what he's teaching this year "Hermione said "how do you know his name he's knocked out or did he say it in his sleep?" I asked

She looked at his trunck and pointed at it "I'm not an idiot like you I can read" she replied the trunck  was carved r.j lupin

"Oh well he looks like one good hex can finish him off!" I said me and harry started laughing uncontrollably when the train suddenly stopped

Our laughter died down and we all looked at each other professor lupin was still asleep . 'wow did He sleep through the first wizardry war '

I looked at the windows that slowly started to freeze and the professors water bottle turned into ice the next second

I furrowed my eye brows what on earth is happening I slowly stood up and was about to approach the door when

A large unidentifiable hand touched the otherside "er what the hell is that?" I whispered

I took a step back the door slowly opened and a ghostly like figure stood before me it was took dark to see a face ,if there was one

I woke up with sweat dripping down my head "are you alright?" I heard a voice ask me it was the new professor, professor lupin

"I think so" i responded "they shouldnt have done that, i need to go have a word with the driver but here have some chocolate" he said

While breaking a piece off "thanks" for the rest of the train ride hermione and ron also harry have been asking if im ok
