Y/N woke up the next day, she could barely process the events of the day before, did mikey really call her his bitch?!
It was so embarrassing, but a part of her couldn't help but feel happy, at least he acknowledged her right?
She made her way to the kitchen where they were serving breakfast and as she got closer she could smell the scent of fresh pancakes. As she stepped into the kitchen, she saw all the patients sitting on the dining table including Mikey, she couldn’t look him in the eye after yesterday's incident. She walked over to the table and there was only one empty seat left, right next to mikey.
It was almost as if fate was making fun of y/n, but alas, y/n had no choice but to sit right next to him.
“Y/n~” mikey sang, “how much time till you’re out?” he asked
‘U-um, m-ma-maybe 3 months?”
“Sucks to suck, I only have 2 months left~”
“Awh lucky~” y/n pouted, mikey couldnt help but want to squish her cheeks, she looked so cute at that moment almost like a marshmallow
Soon after breakfast a cute nurse with the name of Sangwoo called mikey, y/n and a couple others for mandatory group therapy. Mikey was excited to share his therapy session with y/n because he wanted to know more her.
Sangwoo let them to a nice room and pointed at the beanbags the same way he usually does. He cleared his throat and said “All of you failed abortions should welcome your new group member, y/n”
y/n looked at the people around her, and saw mikey, she was really happy that she at least knows one person here.
“Come on introduce yourself, tell everyone why you’re here, what you want to be and how you’ll change” sangwoo said as he started passing around papers “once you’re done you should fill this sheet of paper, this sheet of paper asks you about your day, how much u wanna off urself, your intrusive thoughts-” as sangwoo was about ton continue listing off topics that the sheet includes,
mikey interrupted him saying “They’re called dark impulses-”
“Shut up you edgy teen, thats why your brother’s dead.” sangwoo blandly stated
Y/n gasped in shock, how can someone be so cruel and insensitive….
She had to do something…..
And she had to do it now..
"Shut up that's why Obama cheated on you" y/n bravely said
Mikey couldn't believe his eyes, did y/n really get rid of her annoying stuttering problem so she can stand up for him???
Every day he find a new reason to be in love with her and her skittle orbs, her beautiful grey hair and ashen skin.
He now finally has a reason to keep going, he wants to protect y/n and be there for her forever, everytime he looks at her charming skittle orbs all of his dark impulses go away. He was finally in love…. With y/n…
Sangwoo was getting annoying why do all of these brats keep on annoying him? He couldn't contain his anger as he grabbed a baseball bat and pointed it at y/n saying "Can you sit down before I powder your ankles? You're here to get therapy not talk back"
Mikey was horrified, did sangwoo really have the audacity to threaten to threaten y/n right in front of him, Mikey was furious.
And so he succumbed to his dark impulses and started beating sangwoo up
"M-m-m-m-m-m-mikey!" Y/n exclaimed in shock "Stop!" she tried to reason with him,
“Mikey!” nothing that she could say or do that can stop mikey, at that moment his eyes were dull, his face was shadowed by his darkness. She felt so scared at that moment so she did the best she could and started singing fight song an effort to let mikey fight her own battles
Mikey soon stopped after hearing her beautiful singing, soon after y/n hugged him and told him that she knew that he's better than that and that she's so proud of him for over coming his darkness.
Mikey was so scared, scare dto hurt y/n so he did the most logical thing that he could think of….he ran
Mikey stayed in his room singing that way by lil uzi
He started crying at the lyric “They laugh at me because I’m emo, I killed my girlfriend and thats why I’m single”
He related to it..He feared that he would hurt y/n and so he stayed away from her…
Y/N noticed that Mikey was avoiding her… Did she do something wrong? y/n was really upset and nervous, did everything that they through worthless? Did all the memories that they made useless?? She had to confront him, she couldnt lose him, she was willing to mop the entire ocean than lose him, and so she went to knock on his door. She needed to know why he was avoiding her.
Y/N knocked on the door, she figited waiting for mikey to answer, but he didn’t and so she knocked again, and again, and again. She started getting desperate and so without thinking she blurted “M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-mikey! You said that I’m your bitch! What changed? Why don’t you want me anymore? Do you hate me that much? Is it because I stopped your dark impulse? Was I one of your dark impulses too? Do I mean nothing to you? ANSWER ME MIKEY!” she sobbed
Mikey was so horrified, why would she think that? No matter how much he thought about it he couldn't stand the thought of living without her, she was his sun, she was his lightest impulse, she was the best impulse that he’d ever had, and so he opened the door and hugged the sobbing greynette, they remained in that embrace for a while….
