It was a few months after the whole spirit incident. Since then Eric and I have become very close friends. We would hang out a lot more and I stopped calling him Cartman. Yes Kyle was still my best friend but Cartman was now one of them too. Everyone seemed confused about the sudden change, though we knew they wouldn't believe us if we told them the reason or what happened.
Liane and Gary's wedding was very nice and simple. The whole time I was there, Eric had the biggest smile on his face. He'd accepted his future and now took it with maturity. Eric told me he still has nightmares about what he saw and so do I.
Though I know, now that we have eachother and our families and friends we'll be okay. I'd sometimes go to Tenorman ' s grave to see the rational spirit just wondering. I give her flowers and walk away. We shared something now and that was the understanding of a Cruel Demons Fate.
