I woke up the next day, I felt dead tired, but I had to get up. I got up and changed and went into the kitchen, 2D was there sitting at the table.
"Morning 2D!" I said.
"Morning Y/n." He said, he yawned after he said that.
"Where's are the others?" I asked.
"They'll be here soon." He said. I sat at the table with him. A few minutes went by and Russell, Noodle, and Murdoc all walked in at the same time, Murdoc sat near me.
"So... Y/n... I heard you were singing one of our songs yesterday..." He said. Wait how'd he know?
"Yes?"
"Have you done music before?" He asked.
"Uh... no not professionally but I do play instruments."
"What kind?"
"Um... I play piano, melodica and sometimes I play trumpet but I haven't played that in years."
"Well... we were thinking... would you like to be in the band?" He said. Wait what!? Is this a dream? Me? In their band?
"Yes! Of course! Gorillaz has been a part of me since Demon Days! I have always wanted to meet and maybe even play music with you guys! So yes!"
"Well you'll get to be on our next album! Welcome to the band Y/n!" Murdoc said excitedly.
I looked over at 2D and he looked happy to have me in the band, this really is a wish come true...
