Malalim ang titig ni JP kay Jaycee na punong-puno ng pasa ang mukha at malalim na sugat sa kanyang kanan na mata. He couldn't bear seeing his brother like that.. Does he.. Really deserve it?
"Jaycee Clavio.." ani ng judge.
Biglang lumalamig ang likuran ni JP. Tila huminto ang ikot ng mundo niya, nanlaki ang kanyang mata at tumulo bigla ang kaniyang luha.
"You will be sent to prison for selling illegal drugs. The court is dismissed!"
"No! Kuya JP! You couldn't do that to Jaycee! Di ako papayag!" Biglaang tumayo si Jason.
"Wala siyang ginawang masama!" Jaycee just stood silently. His eyes are shown weak and broken.
Jason..
"Jaycee! Tell them! Sabihin mo sa kanila na nasangkot ka lang! Wala kang kasalanan diba?"
"Jason.. Stop.." JP says softly. Jason slammed his hand on JP's collar "sabihin mong walang kasalanan si Jaycee! Why can't you-"
"I am guilty for selling illegal drugs."
Jason froze upon hearing his brother's raspy voice. JP turned to Jaycee.
No.. He didn't deserve it..
It wasn't his fault.
