Theo and I awake with a heavy knock on the door. As I head towards the door Theo's strong grip grasps my arm.
"Be careful, I'll be right here." He says and I nod, continuing to the door.
As I open the door a young man stands with a walkie talkie in an NYPD uniform. I open it fully and he looks at me, his young and beautiful face(not as beautiful as Theo's but still beautiful)stares at me and he asks if he can come inside.
"Hello, I'm officer Eli Acker. I've heard reports of gunfire and yelling over on this part of town and stopped here to see if you knew anything about it?" He asks.
"No sir, I have no clue." I say as he steps closer and closer to me.
I bump back against the wall as he looks at me with a deadly look of lust and want. His lips trail up my cheek but Theo steps out to my rescue.
Eli slowly trails down to his pistol but I kick in his knee and he falls to the ground with a yell. But I grab his gun as he trips me up, Theo slamming him against the wall.
"Who are you and why are you after us?" Theo screams.
"I told you I was Eli Acker and I'm NYPD. Well was until Malachi hired us to find you and kill you. He won't stop until you guys are dead, the city is in chaos because of you to!" Says Eli and I turn to put my head in my hand.
"Wait did you say us?" I ask as the doors blow open.
