This mistake is very common online because auto-correct can't really fix it and a lot of people don't know when to use either word. 

Your is possessive. It shows that the following noun is owned by "you." 

Ex. Your grammar is superb. 

You're is a contraction of you and are. It is followed by an adjective, or it can be followed by a verb. 

Ex. You're a good writer. or You're going to write with good grammar.
