SIM JAKE ?!?!!

——

Jake shot his eyes near me, a smirk pulling up to his lips. I went up to him and pretended to greet him, "Hi it's nice to see you... what the hell are you doing here?!" I yell-whispered, demanding an answer from the male.

My mom greeted them inside, "ah it's been so long, Yoorim, Yeseo these are our close friends. And this is their Son Sim Jaeyun. Im sure you know him since you both attend the same school" I nodded slowly.

"Can you help me and get the food from the kitchen." I nodded, ambling towards the kitchen. Right when I entered through the door... there was a dog.

My eyes widened, my scream threatening to come out of my mouth. I shrieked, running out of the kitchen. "THERE'S A MUTT IN THE KITCHEN."

Was I scared of dogs? Maybe, but I had a good reason. I got bitten by one and I am NOT going to risk that again. I'm more of a cat person.

Jake scoffed, "Mutt? That's Layla. How dare you." he gritted his teeth and his mom only hit his shoulder.

"Sorry dear, we know you're afraid. But we had no where to bring take Layla, she's very friendly." his mother chuckled.

Yeseo came from the kitchen with Layla following her around, "Mom I want a dog like that, she's so nice." Yeseo patted Layla's head in which Layla licked her cheeks.

"You're such a wimp, you're scared of this cute dog?" Yeseo snickered to keep herself from bursting into laughter.

"She really doesn't bite?"

"Not a bit." Mrs.Sim smiled.

Maybe it's not going to be that bad, i crouched down to Layla and swiped my hand against her back fast.

No reaction, so once again I got more brave and petted her head. She didn't do anything...

I guess she was friendly, I smiled a bit and patted her one last time before getting up. "I guess she's not that bad." I admitted.

"She's not bad at ALL. You're just a mean person." Jake corrected, I'll kick him where he doesn't want to be kicked if he keeps it up. I shot a glare towards him before finally serving the food on the table.

"I'll get more things ready, you all can go upstairs and have fun."

"Actually I need to run out for a while, let's just say i let my friend copy my homework and accidentally let her take it home!" Yeseo trailed her eyes towards the ground in humiliation.

"Again?! Go get it and be back before dinner." Mom opened the door for her.

"In that case, Yoorim. Take Jaeyun to your room. Since you both are in the same grade I'm sure you'll get along just fine."

"Alright...get along my ass." I muttered under my breath, I turned to look at the male with a bored expression. "Are you coming or not?"

"Seems like you want me to come so." He whispered into the shells of my ear before going up the stairs.

He already seemed to know which one was my room by seeing my backpack on the floor near my desk. The boy cause scanned my room, viewing the posters of boy bands and girl bands on my wall.

"You're into kpop?"

"It's music from our country, I definitely am. Cause then I can easily sing in a language I understand."

"Makes sense." He shrugged. He then viewed the papers on my desk, I could hear snickers coming from his mouth. He picked up the piece of paper and showed it to me, "this whole sheet of problems are all wrong, not even a single one is right."

My teeth began grinding in together, "I don't care, as long as it's done I don't have to worry about it."

"You need a tutor."

"Good to know. Give my damn homework." I tried reaching for it but he held my wrist and grinned. "Uh-uh...I'll help you. I have nothing to do in this house anyways."

"or how about this? You do it for me. Mister I'm a math professor."

"Alright, just wait and see. That F you have in math class will go up to a C."

THAT JERK.
