before I could utter a single word, his finger pressed against my lips. He signaled me to shush, "why are you so awkward? because we kissed?" his lips tugged upward a bit.
He was spot on, and he knew he was. "Yea, cause I can't believe while I was drunk I chose you out of anyone else to kiss." i snapped back to take a look at his reaction.
But he seemed amused, "it seems like you're wishing that because now...I'm making you tremble aren't I? One look at you and I can see your legs shake." he approached me, the knots in my stomach grew tight while the atmosphere in the room grew tranquil.
his lost orbs focused on mine, his face only centimeters away from my face. But he was right, I unconsciously chose him and that's only causing me to feel so nervous around him. If it was someone else I don't think I would've been that nervous.
even he didn't make me as nervous the way jake did, I gulped over how true jake's statement was. Why was I trying to avoid him so much? If he was any random person I would've just let it go, but ever since last night...it's been stuck to me.
this is his plan, this is what he wants me to feel. Anxious, I'm not going to let him get to me so easily. Well I hope I don't let him.
while the silence dispersed around the room, I could only hear the shakiness of my breathing and the serene one of his. "and what if they do? What are you going to do about it?" I burst suddenly, about me trembling.
a ball formed inside his cheeks as he slide it around, "nothing, I'm not going to do anything." he whispers so low that not even the wind is able to hear him.
"I enjoy seeing you get so nervous around me." he deeply laughed against my ear, in a derisive tone as well.
"you're so annoying. why did you block my way just to tell me that, move so I can do my work." I bluntly stated which startled him.
he slid his hand through his silky locks, "work hard Radar, I know you do." he leaned in, whispering. His lips were touching the lobe of my ears, his fiery breath was attacking my skin.
that's the last thing he said before he released my wrist, I knew what he meant by that. "Work hard radar, I know you do." I let the sentence sink into my head once more.
it was a joke, that I understood right away. He told me to work hard because he knows my nickname is Radar, and radars work hard to find things. It was a bad joke but somehow I managed to chuckle from it after wards.
—— TIME SKIP
the sun was slowly setting down, my work was all completed. I wished I could talk to sunoo and niki for a while, and just share my moments.
when I rushed down the stairs, the boys were lined up by the door ready to go. And I stared at them with confusion.
"You guys don't leave that early...what's up?"
Sunghoon's smile was soft and so were the others, except for Jake... he was in fact...grinning?
"sunoo and niki told us that you've been willing to talk to them, we didn't know that you had things on your mind. We shouldn't have came today and just let you spend your time with them , we're sorry. We'll be off now so you guys can talk, take care cousin." sunghoon waved, the rest heading out the door.
Jake was the last one put, sunoo and niki were distracted with their conversation so they didn't notice Jake.
Jaeyun turned his head back to face me, and shot a wink before walking out the door.
