We celebrated the holidays with friends and all of our family. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Dre and I hosted the gathering for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I wanted Dre to be able to rest in the comfort of our home. He wasn't on PTO like the rest of us.

Everyone went to the Thanksgiving game to support Dre. I could see the happiness in his eyes. Seeing his sister and brother and their family was very special. They had moved back to Egypt, so Dre hadn't seen them in a few years.

We now have two months before Dre and I would be saying our nuptials. All the plans were complete and invitations had been sent out. About seventy five percent had RSV before the deadline. I was also excited because today was the second fitting of my dress. As I was on my way, my phone rang. I answered without noticing the caller ID.

"Hello."

"Hey baby girl. How are you?"

"Jaxon! It's so good to hear your voice. I'm good. How are you?"

He told me he was doing well and he called to claim the front row seat at the wedding. I was so excited.

"I can't wait to see you Jaxon."

"I can't wait to see you either baby girl. Is there a chance that you'll leave Andre at the altar and take off with me?"  We started laughing.

"Jaxon what am I going to do with you?"

"Well I can think of a lot of things, but it's not appropriate at this time. But for real, I hadn't talked to you in a while. I want you to know that I'm happy for you and I hope he makes you happy and smile everyday because you deserve it."

"Thank you Jaxon. It means so much coming from you. I miss our talks."

"I miss them too. After the wedding that didn't happen, I've been spending time trying to figure out what I want and what's important in my life. I'm not extending my time here in Japan. I didn't realize how much I needed to be around my family. So next year when my contract is up, I'll be going back to Huntsville."

"I know your mom and sister will be happy to receive that news. Will you be able to keep the same position?"

"Yes I will work in the same position."

"That's awesome Jaxon. That means we can still support one another through our business. Other than making the decision to move back to Huntsville, what else is going on? Are you dating or seeing anyone?"

"I have friends that I go out with, but I'm not dating anyone."

I felt bad for my friend, but I know once he's back home and settled, he'll find someone. We talked a little while longer and ended our call. I told Jaxon that I wanted him to meet my crew when he comes for the wedding so he decided he would come a few days early.

I feel like a little child at Christmas waiting to open the gift from Santa. I had finally arrived at the seamstress' shop, eager to try on my dress. When I walked in, she greeted me and told me that Dre had just left. She had a few minor alterations to make on his tux, but other than that, he was very satisfied. She said he tried to talk her into showing him my dress, but she told him he would see it in a few months. I just shook my head and laughed at his attempt.

The seamstress led me to the dressing room where my dress was hanging. When she removed it from the bag, the beauty of it stole my oxygen. This woman and her talent had me in awe. After I got out of my clothes, she helped me slip into the dress. It fit me like a second skin, hugging my curves perfectly.

The sleeves were sheer with an iridescent tint of blue and silver. It was backless with the material starting at the small of my back. Only a low cut thong could be worn. On either side of the dress from my waist to my upper thighs was sheer material with rhinestones with just a hint of blue and silver meticulously placed. The front had a deep V cut with beautiful designs that also had iridescent sheer material. No bra would be worn, only pasties. This dress showed just enough skin but was oh so classy at the same time.

I told the seamstress I wanted my dress to compliment Dre's tux, but I also wanted it to be a dress that screamed come fuck me and also classy on the guest's eyes. She definitely delivered on my vision. I let the seamstress know that I was satisfied. So I paid for her services and made my way to my parent's house, which is where my dress will remain until the night before my wedding.

After leaving my parents house, I met LaShae and Darah for dinner and drinks. I was ready for a girl's night out. Once we were seated, the waiter took our drink order. Looking over the menu, I decided to order Cajun steamed shrimp, lobster tail and rice pilaf. Darah and LaShae placed their orders as well.

While we waited for our food, we sipped on our wine and talked about our busy lives. LaShae is still the assistant volleyball coach at Texas A&M and is married with a beautiful little girl and the cutest little baby boy. Darah is my assistant and is married with a set of handsome and very inquisitive twin boys. I'm a CEO, engaged to a pro football player, and a volleyball coach of one of the inner city youth girls teams. We are all bosses in our world but blessed to have men that can hold us down and make us feel like their girls.

I told them that I had talked to Jaxon and he'd be coming a few days before the wedding because I wanted him to meet Dre, Sean and LaShae. Darah looked at me.

"Tee, do you think it's a good idea for Jaxon and Dre to meet?"

I told Darah that I think it's a great idea. I want my best guy friend to meet my soon to be husband. Regardless of the relationship that Jaxon and I shared on an intimate level, we will always be friends. No one will change that.

After our food was served, me and the girls spent some time just being us and we enjoyed every minute of being able to hang out with one another.
