the morning clock began ringing, to the point where I felt like ripping out my eardrums to get some peace.
I threw the alarm clock off of my dresser so it could shut off and got out of bed.
—— DINING ROOM
I've entered the dining room to see Yeseo staring at me as if she heard something bad. "hey honey, I have some news. The Sims are planning to move into the mansion next to ours, since the proposal went well. They have a contract of working together for 10 years...we'll be neighbors."
god...god I'm begging you. help me.
"we thought it would be nice for you,Yeseo and Jake to walk to school together every morning so that Jake doesn't have to be dropped off or have to walk alone getting lost in this new neighborhood."
Great, just GREAT.
"they'll be moving in this Friday so I'll need you both at home."
Yeseo tugged on my sleeve, "let's go. I want to get there early."
And before I got speak a word, I was already being dragged out of the house. "I'm kidding I don't care about getting there early I just had to talk to you about what mom just said."
"What am I going to do, he's every where! I can't even go to Sunoo or Ni-ki's house without him showing up. now he's moving in too, and we have to go to school together!"
"maybe....it was the universe putting you guys together? You know like the soulmates things people see on Tv." she brought up and I looked back at her as if she was crazy.
"that literally sounds insane Yeseo, can you hear yourself? That's just stupid, soulmates?! You must be out of your mind." I grimaced in disgust.
"Who's out of their mind?" A voice came from behind, both I and Yeseo turned around. It was sunghoon.
"Obviously Yeseo, do you know your asshole of a friend is moving into the house next to us? And Yeseo said that it's fate, soulmate shit. Crazy talk." I shook my head in frustration.
"Maybe she's right, after all fate brought you into the computer room to Jake, then you saw him in Sunoo's house, then your house because he's our mom's best friends' son, now he's moving in." Hoon shrugged. he must be out of his mind too.
"No! You told me where that computer room was and sent me there, you were the one who brought him to Sunoo's house not to mention you all were friends before me, and the contract between our families are the reason he's moving in. It's not fate. You guys just watch too much drama!" I bantered on and on. I could give them a million reasons as to why "FATE" is not the answer.
"Whatever, but you guys really should get along. Being neighbors and being enemies won't do you good." Sunghoon patted my shoulder, walking ahead of me to get to the stop light.
—— SCHOOL
I saw Jake leaning against the door outside of the computer room. My lips curved up to the side a bit, how about I play around with him for a bit?
"GOOD MORNING JAEYU-" I came shouting in front of his face, into which he got a grasp on my collar and swiftly dragged me inside of the computer room.
I felt my back getting hit harshly against the wall, Jake had his hand over my head. His face leaning into me, "What about not saying my real name do you not understand?" His voice was cold as steel, I leaned in closer to him.
My stomach sinking in with nervousness but I wanted to act bold, as my face was only centimeters away from his. My gaze met upon his. Our heavy stares on each other kept a hold. "I was just messing around Jake, no harsh feelings Hmm?" I whispered innocently, tilting my head in the moment.
The male felt my hot breath against his lips, a ball formed inside his cheek from aggravation. He leaned back and glided his hand over his soft hair.
