As I was sitting with my father awkwardly, we were waiting on my Hiccup to arrive as he ran out. Later, I heard the back door opening as I turned to it, I saw Hiccup sneaking in. When he noticed me watching him, he put a finger to his lips and quietly closed the door. He quietly passed Dad and tried to run up the stairs, but unfortunately for him, dad had heard him.
Stoick: Hiccup.
Hiccup: Dad, uh......I have to talk to you, Dad.
Stoick: I need to speak with the both of you as well son.
Stoick/Hiccup: I think it time you learn to fight dragons/I don't want to fight dragons. What?
They both turned to each other confused as they both spoke at the same time. I looked on just as confused as I heard nothing properly.
Stoick: Uh, you go first.
Hiccup: No, you go first.
Vali: What. Is. Happening right now?
Stoick: Alright. ~sigh~ You get your wish. Dragon training.... You start in The morning. That means you too Vali
Vali: Isn't Gobber in charge of that?
Stoick: Yes he is son.
Hiccup: Oh, man, I should have gone first. Uh...Cause I was thinking, you know, we have a surplus of dragon-fighting Vikings, but do we have any bread-making Vikings or small- home-repair Vikings?
Stoick: You two will need these.
He says as he hands Hiccup a war axe and me a cross tip spear
Hiccup: ~grunt~ I don't want to fight dragons.
Stoick: ~chuckle~ Come on. Yes you do.
Hiccup: Rephrase. Dad, I can't kill dragons.
Vali: He has a point Dad.
Hiccup: Thank you, see, he gets what I'm saying.
Stoick: But you will kill dragons.
Hiccup: No, I'm really very extra-sure that I won't...
Stoick: It's time Hiccup.
Hiccup: Can you not hear me?
Vali: Dad, you can't just force him into this.
Stoick: This is serious, son. When you carry those weapons, you carry all of us with you. Which means you walk like us, you talk like us......think like us.
Vali: War crazed on killing dragons and beer?
Dad just tuned to me and gave me a 'be quiet' look.
Vali: Shutting up...
Stoick: No more of.....this.
He waved his hands around in Hiccups direction.
Huccup: You just gestured to all of me.
