Pulling the luggage out of the car Abhimaan and Sameera entered the Airport. Sameera looked at him once again to hope he might agree to her wish. Abhimaan sternly looked away even it was equally hard for him.
"Abhimaan are you sure about it," Sameera said looking at him intensely.
"You are making it harder, Meera," Abhimaan asserted back.
"When will you come," Sameera said holding back her tears.
"You will find me with you in the event, we might get our Engagement postponed but I won't leave your hands ever. I want to witness that proud moment when you will win it," Abhimaan said kissing her forehead.
They sat there holding each other's hands. It's been four days when Abhimaan came to meet her through the balcony the very next morning they get the news that the event was going to happen a day after their engagement but she need to go there two days before.
Hearing the news both the couple and families were sad but they all knew that this event was very important for her career.
Sameera kept her hand on his shoulder while Abhimaan securely wrapped his arms around her, they did all the preparation with such excitement but now everything was delayed.
"Call me as soon as you reach," he said kissing her hair she hugged him before going. He stood there watching her go but in his mind, the tensed and worried face was Sameera remained fresh.
As the flight took off Abhimaan went to his home as he knew that he need to do something to make her cheer.
The day went off as Sameera reached Paris she checked in the hotel and started preparing herself for the event. It was evening time there and she was looking at the weather thinking about tomorrow. It was supposed to be her Engagement but here is she in Paris. But she loved the way Abhimaan and specifically, her would-be mother in law.
She called Abhimaan and they chatted for a long time. Abhimaan informed that he won't be able to come tomorrow but he will be there on the day of the event. The thing made her a bit sad but she knew he was doing everything he could do for her.
She made herself busy with the work while Abhimaan went to sleep as it was late evening in Paris while night in Mumbai.

Sameera woke up in the morning and felt relieved because she was feeling very tired after travelling. She quickly had a shower and made herself comfortable in denim jeans and a black crop top.Strolling down for the breakfast she met Mr Nayak and thanked him for such an opportunity. She roamed around the hotel and quickly filled her stomach. She settled herself at the corner table and checked up the phone to call Abhimaan but to her surprise, his cell phone was switched off.
She saw a text message of Abhimaan was left unread in her inbox she instantly opened it and he mentioned that he will be busy in some meeting and will come tomorrow.
Sameera felt anger rush through her veins at least he could have contacted her, she was already sad here and he was busy.
To get her mood light she started roaming around the hotel and the interior was fantastic. Roaming around her eyes felt like she saw Abhimaan even when only the back of that guy was visible. She hurriedly went in his direction but to her bad luck, the man vanished away.
She shook her head that it might be because she was just missing him too much.
She was some workers were decorating the hall that was in the hotel to have some parties. She wasn't allowed to enter inside as it was booked and nobody other than family was allowed.
"I hope I could see, it looks so incredible," She muttered to herself.
Walking back to the room she collided with a girl.
"I am sorry," She immediately apologised for not seeing her while walking.
"It's alright," The girl said and smiled back.
"You look tensed is everything ok," She asked the girl. The girl shook her head but Sameera convinced her to say.
"No actually, it's my engagement today but unfortunately my sister felt sick and I don't have anyone to accompany me in my engagement, as she is the only sister I have," The girl said smiling, bitterly.
"If you don't mind can I escort you not in place of your as maybe as a strangers friend," Sameera said as she knew how bad it feels to not have your engagement.
"I would love to and, you are helping me out you are no more a stranger. I am Priya," The girl said hugging Sameera while the girl winked at someone who was watching them with a smile adorning his face.
Both the girls entered her room and a girl of the same age as hers was lying on bed and was in pain. Sameera asked her about her health to which she nodded sadly.
"Sameera this is the dress you need to wear," Priya said handling the box to her
"Wait, I didn't tell you my name," Sameera questioned her.
"You did," Priya said walking away and calling her to make up artist inside.
"I don't remember," Sameera murmured to herself. She opened the box and was astonished to see the dress it was a lavender colour glamorous gown.
The dress reminded her of the conversation she had with Abhimaan. She wanted a Lavender theme to ber engagement and Abhimaan brought her dress but didn't let her see.
She shook her hand and recalled herself that it was not her engagement.
The artist came inside and did the job perfectly making her look his a pure angel. Her hairs were waved and we're adorned with red roses and settled on her back.
Priya came inside completely ready for the engagement. Seeing her Sameera frowned a bit and asked " Don't you think I look overdressed in front of you,"
"Oh actually my sister is always more fashionable so," she trailed off and both the girls stepped outside the room.
Sameera felt a weird sensation growing inside her as she walked more close to the venue.
