-Location: the slums-
"I know that Cale told us to wait here and not go in but....what is he doing?" Natalie asked while looking at the two siblings eating the bread Cale gave them
"That honestly is a good question that I can't answer...but I can tell you that he's gonna get something out of this" Natasha replied while reading her novel that she pulled out from who knows where.
"I wonder how dad is doing?"
"....."
"I hope mom isn't causing too much trouble for dad"
"Don't call the woman mom!...she has no right to" Natasha replied with a bit of animosity about their stepmother
"Haha yeah you're right...but I hope dad's fine" Natalie commented
"Yes...me too"
The kids that was there already ran away but that didn't stop them from hearing the twins conversation, then again it's not like they were trying to hide it
"Oh! Look Cale's coming back"
"Hn it seems so"
"Let's go back" Cale said while noticing the kids were not there anymore
"Back to where? Your house?" Natalie asked
"...just follow me"
"Tsk, alright" Natasha replied
'...was she annoyed of me?....she won't kill me because of that right?...well they know I'm not Cale...so the possibility of her killing me due to annoyance is high....damn vicious'
Opposite to what Cale thought, Natasha was actually worried of Cale's health since he carried 2 bags of bread and was already tired once he arrived at the man-eating-tree
'Why is his stamina so low...'
With a bit of walking they finally arrived at [The Fragrance of Tea with Poetry] Cale walked in and found Billos while the twins was whispering about something.
"Psst...sis" Natalie whispered
"Yeah?" Natasha replied
"...he kinda looks like a piggybank"
".....you are one amazing sister Natalie" Natasha said realizing that Billos does look like a piggybank...
"Hello once again young master and it seems you brought the two young ladies too" Billos greeted
"Yeah they're with me, now bring me some tea and a novel to read"
"Right away young master, is there anything these young ladies want?"
"I want anything sweet" Natalie ordered
"....lemon tea with a cube of sugar" Natasha ordered and noticed the slight shiver Cale gave from that ordered...needless to say she was satisfied with that reaction
'That's what you get for worrying me about your health Cale...should I ask him to exercise?'
Cale felt a shiver in his spine all of a sudden '...I feel like my slacker life is being threatened right now'
